BestBuy selling used stuff with new tag

I was assured that its new but top cover was damaged. I bought the dishwasher i opened it it was used there was a scratch in front and there was water inside the dishwasher and on the drainage pipe i made the video and went to Naperville bestbuy and asked them to replace it with new or adjust the price for used one. They refused to adjust the price for used one told me they can give only 100$ back and best buy website mentioned used price as 800-900$, they cannot replace it with the new one as they dont have in stock.

It’s quiet which is why I gave it 1 star. I did my homework, read reviews and decided on this. It doesn’t even get my coffee cups clean. Not worth the money.

The dishwasher is very quiet and I love the third rack option and the red light displayed on the floor to tell me the dishes are clean.I placed it on order with another company and could never get it. I found it on Best Buy online and it was delivered within a few days. Same price as the other company. So I am very pleased with the dishwasher and Best Buy!

Dishwasher is extremely quiet and the dishes come out super clean and dry. Love the 3rd rack and the ability to adjust the height of the racks. Highly recommended.

Not very intuitive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Bosch 800 dishwasher is extremely quiet and it cleans really well - but it is not very intuitive to operate. Every time we turn it on it defaults to Auto. When you try to select a different cycle, it goes back to Auto. The only way to change cycles is to reset the dishwasher - and that is neither intuitive nor is it described on one of the many stickers as you might expect. You have to hold down the third button from the right for 3 seconds. Naturally, the button is not marked "reset" so it's not at all obvious. It's a very poor operational design. We now keep a note in the side drawer to remind us of this ridiculous process.

Called Bosch for service and had to wait 2 weeks for the earliest appointment. Now I have to wait for parts with no estimate on when they will arrive. Best buy only allows a 15 day return window so now I'm stuck. Don't buy Bosch.
