Great dishwasher! More efficient, safer, easier and better design than item it replaced, plus with Aqua-Stop, so doesn't risk water on the floor (which prompted the removal of the old item). Very quiet - unless you put your ear on the door you don't know it's running. Installation went smoothly. Can't find anything to complain about.

Good but not great. Control panel hard to use and main rack has an awkward configuration. I did not realize there were different options for the third shelf and would have selected a different model had I known. Dishes dry nicely except for small plastic containers.

So far awesome and washes old grease stains on baking pans. It does not harm plastic I put in like zip lock reusable containers, plastic cooking utensils, etc. The crystal dry is awesome. It's very quiet too and the red spot light helps to let me know it's busy washing. You can stuff a lot of dishes, utensils, pots, etc than my old Electrolux washer.

Bought this dishwasher as this was the quietest available and we are not disappointed. It is so quite that you don’t even know that it is even running. So many options for wash cycle and with crystal dry technology it is energy efficient as well. Go for it if you are looking for low decibel machine and few extra bucks that you can spend.

Our Bosch 800 series dishwasher delivers exactly as promised. It is so quiet and efficient. I actually have to look at the floor to see the red light showing the unit is running! We have top of the line Samsung that went down a few months past warranty. It never worked right and though it had bells and whistles, it did not ever clean like this one!

Great appliance. Dries dishes very well. Very quiet. Unfortunately, my dishwasher is set into a cabinet So I can’t see the on/off light that is projected when the unit is running. Geek squad installation was convenient. Communication leading up to The appt was excellent. Only knock was that he took several weeks to schedule appt .

Very quiet. Dries better than prior Bosch dishwashers. Cycles are long though.

Super quiet, it doesn't interfere with conversation even when standing right next to it. It does a very good job getting everything clean. There is a learning curve to loading dishes properly so all spots get clean. It could be improved if more of the tines were adjustable to accommodate different sized dishes. Overall a very good investment.

Very good dishwasher 4.5/5 stars. Pros: Very quiet and cleans very well. Good cutlery rack and top rack layout. Cons: bottom rack does not roll out smoothly, Silverware caddy could be longer to hold more items. Too new to really tell quality, hoping it will run without issue for 10 years.

Looks great and matches my new frig and it is quiet which is a great feature. It just doesn't clean as well as my last Bosch on the speed cycle. It does have the Crystal Dry which older models did not but if the mug or bowl has a dip on the bottom, it still leaves water. Having said that the it does dry most of the dishes which was my only frustration with my last Bosch.

Very quiet, cleans well, third rack in very convenient

Super quiet, gets the job done better than any other dishwasher we've had before. The installation crew also did a fantastic job and were very efficient. Great overall experience with the product.

Love the efficiency and quiet operation of this new model. The time we get to enjoy the 3rd rack on top which a great for larger/longer items and even has room for small ramekins. Is the dish washer running? IDK, is the red light on? Yes. Wow, I can't hear it. :-)

Quiet, dishes are very Clean and Dry very easy to use

Well, I'm clearly in the minority... I do not love this machine. I purchased it because of the stellar reviews, and what I thought were all the bells and whistles, but I am disappointed. I'll start with a positive: The dishes, including plastics, come out quite dry. I don't care for the configuration of the tines. First, per the manual, you should 'not block the vent hole with tall baking sheets. Load these items on the right side'. Since tines are angled left, why wouldn't you put the 'vent hole' on the right side of the machine?? The lower rack includes a silverware basket. Dependent on placement of regular dinner knives (since the bottom of the basket is tiered, not flat), the knives can interfere with the spray arm!! I've taken the basket out and only use the third rack. Speaking of the third rack, one side includes a teacup indicator. Unless it's a toy tea set, there's no way any cup that I own will fit on the third rack. The only way that my wine classes fit in the upper rack is for me to put it in the lowest position, but then my plates don't fit in the lower rack. I have to remove the third rack in order to wash the wine glasses. Additionally, I can only fit five wine glasses in the upper rack; there are only stemware supports on one side of the upper rack, and none on the bottom. Finally, there's something about the angling and placement of the tines that just doesn't work for me. I feel that I'm wasting space in order to get a good clean, but cannot figure out a better placement of my dishes.

It's a great dishwasher. It's quiet and gets things clean. However, the "never rinse a dish again" promise doesn't hold up. The inside racks are a little odd for things like glasses and bowls - it's taken some time to get used to.

This dishwasher is amazing. I've had several dishwashers before - Maytag, Frigidaire, Whirlpool. NONE of them were half as good as this dishwasher. I saw reviews about issues with the drying. As long as you use a rinse aid (JetDry), the dishes are sparking! And the machine is SO QUIET! I cannot recommend this dishwasher enough.

This is my second Bosch dishwasher. The first one lasted more than 15 years. Washes great and is very quiet. I thought it was odd that it did not come with a printed instruction manual (just a quick start guide). The full manual was available online, though, and does contains important information
