The inside is too small and we find the positioning of the tines too awkward to place items. The 3rd tray is useless and it interferes with and tall items in the second shelf like sport bottles. Also the door does not stop in a fixed position to allow easy programming. It’s a shame as I’ve heard good things about Bosch. It’s quite and seems to do a good job cleaning. Being stuck with the CIV closing all stores, we could not properly look or search out options.

After reading all the review on this dishwasher, and wanting a quite dishwasher, this one definitely hit the mark. Running the first load of dishes, I could not even tell it was on and running. Just have to make sure that the installer demonstrate how the use it correctly.

Dishwasher does a great job in washing dishes, cleaner than previous Kitchenaid model. It is very quiet, there is a helpful LED light shining on the floor to indicate it is working. Does not seem to hold quite as much as previous Kitchenaid.

Hands down, this is one of the best dishwasher on the market. Truly works better than my old Miele dishwasher which had a much higher price tag. Also, I love how dry the dishes are after use.

Sometimes it is not about price but QUALITY! Bosch lives up to that.. Quiet, features and the way it is built is far above the rest. My wife wanted this and after a few words we went back and forth.. I have to say I am glad she won that argument.. So impressed by this machine!

Great product. Installation was easy with the help of Best Buy. Also almost zero noise which is perfect for us being that we just had twins.

This is for sure the top of the line dishwasher.Cannot hear it run,it has a red light pointing to floor when running.That is the only way i can tell if running or not,It has a beeping sound when finish

Best dishwasher ever. Outstanding job quietly and quickly cleaning and drying our dishes. Everything comes out immaculate. Should have purchased it sooner.

The only complaint I have is that I’ve had some dish soap residue left on a couple of dishes in the 10 loads I did. Didn’t have this issue with our older one. Chalking it up to the possible positioning of the dish. Overall satisfied and will echo what the others said that it is very quiet.

This dishwasher seriously packs twice as many dishes as before, and that without prerinsing. The stable way this dishwasher is built makes install harder, but it's worth the outcome. Further, the architecture of the unit being so solid hopefully translates to longevity.

We went through several different manufacturers and models. None of which were as quiet as advertised. This 800 series is as quiet if not more so than claimed. It has a different rack set up that takes a bit to get used to. But is a good product b

Love the way dishes and glassware spae when removed. Stainless everything come our crystal clear. They look brand new!

Whisper quiet. If it wasn't for the red light that cones on when you start a cycle you would never know it's running. The only negative iis that the tines are a little to tall so when you put plastic containers on them the water push them off the tines.

Had a Samsung waterwall and it was the biggest gimmick piece of junk especially for the price! Returned it for this Bosch and this Bosch does a phenomenal job washing the dishes even with dried egg and other hard to wash things. It dries the dishes great as well!!

Good looking machine and cleans well. However, it is very high tech and in order to change functions, you will need to review the instruction manual. For the Crystal Dry level, a chemical is needed to be refilled at times. It gives a chemical odor and a slightly slimey feel when removing the dishes. I personally wonder if we are injesting this chemical. The machine will not work unless this fluid is refilled for the drying process. If I had known, I probably would have selected a different machine.

Replaced a 17 year old Kenmore dishwasher with the best of the best! Amazingly quiet and cleans amazingly well. Waited 4 months for this model and then waited another 4 months to have it replaced since the first one had a defect on the inside. It was still usable but ran the risk of leaks. Peharps the defect had something to do with the supply chain issues but best buy was awesome to work it - they replaced it for me and the new unit is amazing so far 1 month in!

Totally awesome dishwasher. Cleans and dry’s our dishes. I will say. I can’t hear our dishwasher while it’s running's, which’s a big big plus. Would definitely by a Bosch again.

Bosch 800 series dishwashers are amazing! I bought one, then my GF's Mom got one, then I put one in my rental unit, and then my GF got one. Even my plumber speaks highly of them.

Have used this a few times in the first few weeks and cleans very well. Things that normally did not clean on our old dishwasher have come off. The one thing that didn’t work the great in the first test was the stainless steel skillet. Left egg residue.

A solid machine, easy to install. Does a great job both washing and drying unlike it's predecessor, which left everything pretty wet. Looks to be energy efficient, too.
