We purchased the dishwasher on October13, 2020 and it was installed the end of November after we completed our kitchen renovation. Needless to say, we have basically been without a dishwasher since installation. We have had Mr. appliance out twice(they are great by the way) to fix and diagnose our problem. The bottom rack won't stay on the rails so they sent us bigger wheels and the door wouldn't close properly. After installing the wheels, same problem. I contacted Bosch who sent them out to measure the tub and in the meantime it just completely quit working and said it wasn't draining properly. After being told we needed another heat pump they were scheduled to be out this Monday. I received a phone call stating now the part was on backorder and they cant come back out until the part arrives which was yesterday. It didn't fix it. Still broke. At this point I have 0 confidence on our appliance. We have a beautiful kitchen and no dishwasher to speak of. I'm unsure at this point of what our choices are but continuing to have to fix something we can't even use is beyond frustrating. BBB rating for Bosch is a D-. Shame on me for not looking there first. That is the level of service you will receive.

I have run self cleaning, I have cleaned the filter multiple times, The issue is the filter basked retains water and since I don't run it daily, the water gets stale and starts to mold.

Posted .Hi PGM1, thanks for bringing this to our attention and we’re sorry to hear you’ve been experiencing issues with your dishwasher. For any smell, you can try running a vinegar wash: Run an empty cycle, except for a cereal bowl on the upper rack, upright. Inside the bowl, you're going to put 8oz of white distilled vinegar and run the AUTO cycle. Once the cycle finishes, the smell should go away. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact our customer service team at 800-944-2904.

I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or that's just the way it works. I can't seem to get anyone at best buy or bosch to assist me.

Unit is as silent as they come and cleans and dries super well.

It is so quiet I have to listen very carefully to make sure it is running. I have a white kitchen but the silver looks like it was planned that way. The two main drawers could be configured better..

It was advertised to be quieter than the one it was replacing - it is not. But what's most aggravating is that the bottom rack keeps coming off the tracks when loaded. After google the issue it appears this isn't uncommon for Bosch. What's worse is it's not just a simple put it on track or push it in carefully. It falls off the track even after inserted all the way on the tracks. When it does, it interferes with the bottom washer blade and doesn't clean dishes.
