Great dishwasher. Crystal Dry thing really works on all the plastics. Only downside to this ultra quiet dishwasher is the rack configuration is a bit goofy. Adjusting to it, but it’s awkwardly designed. Those that critique the buttons must learn to touch them like sensors. Easy touch. Stab at them and nothing happens. That said, I’d buy it again. Great purchase.

I have an open floor plan and this dishwasher is very quiet. The buttons are flat and sometimes I have to press a setting more than once. I use it every other day and haven't seen a huge impact on my water bill so that's a huge plus. Every once in a while it fails to get all the crud off of a utensil that was in the 3rd rack but other than that, the cleaning power is great! Best Buy installed it and so far, no issues.

Dishwasher cleans really well. I wish it had some type of status light like the red dot that illuminates on the floor that would turn on to let you know that the dishes are clean without having to open the door. The dishwasher tines are slanted much different than my last dishwasher. But it’s easy to use load dishes. You just have to get used to it.

The only problem I ran into was installing it to my garbage disposal I have an industrial-sized garbage disposal so I had to run to home Depot to get different size hose. Great dishwasher can't hear it until it drains. The middle rack is adjustable can go up or down.

We replaced 10 yrs. old Frigidaire. This Bosh is very quiet, well build, cleanse very well. Higly reccomended!

Great dishwasher super quiet and cleans and dries well

If you’ve had dishwashers that fell short in 1. Cleaning dishes well. 2. Drying them well. and doing them while not interrupting your conversations around them, then it’s hard to believe that this dish washer will do all it says it can. After a quiet some research it consistently appeared across different review sites on being capable to deliver, there are so many Bosch’s to choose from... that made it harder. But this model appeared to again provide a pleasant experience for previous owners. This helped in making the decision to buy this model especially since it priced higher than many other Bosch models. Since having owned it for a month and using it almost daily, I’ve found myself being surprised on its ability to deliver, the dishes are clean consistently, the few times it wasn’t was when I chose the wrong cycle... normal when it should been heavy, etc. I do pre rinse my dishes but it’s mostly limited to making sure there’s no food on the dishes that are solids, the ability to remain so quiet at least in part for this model is because it has no food grinder, this model uses a filter. I’ve only been checking/ cleaning once a month... which is about how long I’ve owned this model. The drying again has been surprisingly efficient given there is heating coil in this model. It’s the best dishwasher I’ve used.

Cleans really well and is very quiet - very happy with this dishwasher

I have owned this dishwasher for a few days. So far it has done an excellent job on the dishes and is very quiet.

The Crystal Dry feature and the third rack was what sold me on this Bosch dishwasher. I loved my old Maytag, but the plastics always were wet even though everything else was dry. So when I heard that Bosch had the new Crystal Dry feature on the 800 and it got even the plastics dry I was sold. But after the first load of dishes was done (set on Auto with Crystal Dry set), I opened the door and some water came out onto the floor and everything inside the dishwasher was wet. I can't tell you how disappointed I was. I thought everything would be dry, especially after 2 hours and 55 minutes of running. The water on the floor wasn't much, but still, that can't be right. I called Bosch and they said something might not be working right with the Crystal Dry feature. They put me in touch with a repairman who suggested I try another load and see if the same thing happens again. If so, he will come out and take a look at it. So, I am doing another load this afternoon and we'll see how it turns out. As far as the rest of the dishwasher goes, I like the looks of it, but I'm not crazy about the time it takes to wash the dishes and no time indicator light on the front of the door (just a light on the floor to let you know it is running). This dishwasher is SUPER quiet and the third rack is nice, but I still think I got way more dishes in my old Maytag. But after 20 years it was time for that one to retire. I really wanted to like this Bosch. I hope that they will be able to resolve what's wrong with it.

Our old dishwasher finally gave up. Friends recommended Bosch for being high quality and very quiet. Installed it myself and recommend the hose and electrical connection options as they really help. So far, it works better than our prior machine and it’s so quiet, we often have to check for the red LED at the bottom edge to see if we have turned it on or not.

I love this dishwasher. You cannot hear it running it’s so quiet. Drive the dishes, even the plastic!

It took some getting used to the Bosch layout and efficiently loading but once I did this thing holds a ton of dishes, cleans them better than any dishwasher I’ve used, and dries every single dish perfectly dry... all in about 2.5 hours. I can’t recommend this dishwasher enough.

Love this dishwasher; replaced my Samsung (and GE prior to that). 1) This is so quiet; after installing this, we thought there was an issue so we called Bosch. The guy jokingly said you bought the wrong dishwasher because you may have wanted a louder one. 2) It cleans Note: The dishwasher beams a red light onto the floor indicating it's on. I didn't know this and didn't see anything about this in the manual.
