DO NOT BUY THIS ONE. I have never written a bad review BUT when it comes to cleanliness I come unglued. Dishes comes out wet....WHY NO DRYER! The Best Buy, so called salesperson, never mentioned it had NO HEATER! Yes, I assumed ALL dishwashers had heaters for sanitation. NOT....They not only come out wet but you have to whip them down for food particulars. Don't be ME, because I was told Bosch was the top brsnd. I will never shop brand again. Lesson Learned. Note, it may be just the model I got, or just my dishwasher, so don't let this stop you from buying Bosch....my point look at the reviews. Do your homework.

1. Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. You only need to fill the reservoir, and the dishwasher will indicate when it needs to be refilled.
2. For everyday use, we recommend the Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil.
3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". The Sanitize option operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results.
4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out the lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack.

Waited two months After purchase for delivery and install, understandably due to COVID, but expected better quality at this price level. Stripped screw in door panel falling out, lingering smell after one month use and water does not drain out of filter area, so not good if unit isn’t used for a few days. Considering return options. Third top tray not as useful as I imagined it would be.

It's so much quieter and it cleans as well or better than our prior one. Our experience in buying this online and having it installed by Best Buy was a nightmare but the dishwasher is great.

We have a new rack being mailed to us. Technician said this is a common problem but usually happens after 5 years. If it happens again, I will be calling manufacturer to get my money back. For the amount of money I spent, i shouldn't have problems with it within a month!

Although I have to admit, it’s not as quiet as I thought it would be. Don’t get me wrong, it is quiet. I just thought it would be even quieter. The drying cycle is lacking a little. But it gets everything clean and that’s the important thing.

For any smell, you can try running a vinegar wash: Run an empty cycle, except for a cereal bowl on the upper rack, upright. Inside the bowl, you're going to put 8oz of white distilled vinegar and run the AUTO cycle. Once the cycle finishes, the smell should go away. Terrible fishy odors that won't go away

I constantly clean the filter and the entire machine, use special dishwasher cleaning tablets, baking soda, vinegar, you name it. Even when I get the smell to go away for a week or two it comes right back. It's incredibly disappointing that we spent to much extra for a premium "high-end" machine and have to deal with this seemingly never-ending nightmare. Will never buy another Bosch product and recommend that you avoid at all costs.

However, when I received it there was no front panel. I called the Geek Squad number and i was told that I needed to contact Bosch directly to get the panel. I called Bosch and after a wait I was able to talk to one of their agents and I was told that Bosch does not provide the panel and that I needed to get the panel custom made; nowhere in the item's online descrption did it mention that the front panel was not included. I went in to the Colorado Mills store and worked with the supervisor David and we worked out an exchange. David provided excellent customer service. Best Buy needs to correct the description on there online ads so that it is "perfectly clear" that this item does not come with a front panel.
