Quiet Operation but Lousy Cleaning

Many items come out of the maximum cleaning cycle and go right to the sink for hand cleaning. Our old Fisher & Paykel double dishdrawer actually cleaned much better and I wouldn't have considered that more than 'fair'. But at least it was a double drawer (very convenient) and eliminated bending over almost to the floor to add detergent/rinse agent. I'll probably take this turkey out and replace it with something else. A dishwasher that leaves 20% of the dishes dirty is pretty useless. Irritating given the cost and the work to install.

Dishwasher installer was no show for first attempt. Finally showed up on third appointment but the dishwasher was broken as they unloaded it from the truck and they had to take it back. Took over one hour talking with geek squad members to get refund. All the installation time misses and broken dishwasher are the fault of Best Buy and the installer they contract with.

It doesn’t do the one thing it was designed to do….clean dishes. We run it on sanitize and still have dirty dishes every time. I do not have time to hand wash so I will run the same load on sanitize THREE times to get the dishes clean.

All lights are on, cycle is selected, start button hit, door shut in less than 4 secs, and nothing, but the flashing light. Very frustrated and disappointed. I've googled it, Youtubed it and followed all instructions including reset several times. Nothing!! I purchaed in may but just had it installed last month waiting on a new home to be built.

Great dishwasher but installers were awful!

The guy never showed up the first night and then when BBY delivered the dishwasher they said the installers put in the notes that they refuse to come do installation. He missed the first appointment then refused to even do the install.
