Ceramic & plastic wares come out clean & dry at end of cycle. However, not as quiet as my old Kenmore Elite. I had to put my ear on my old Kenmore Elite’s door to hear anything. I can hear this Bosh dishwasher ‘working’ while standing in my little galley kitchen. But, that’s not a deal breaker. Still satisfied for the price paid.

BEWARE THIS DISHWASHER IS THE WORST. I purchased this dishwasher and I had nothing but problems. A code kept coming up and the dishwasher wouldn’t work. All different codes and different times. This started after I month after being installed. I had to use utube to get instructions on how to fix and still a different code would again appear. Many people complaining online about this dishwasher. COMPLETE JUNK. When I purchased a different dishwasher a week ago the woman at Lowe’s stated that I was the fifth person today to complain about Bosch. Do not buy because it will be on the curb within a year. Very sad and very expensive lesson.

This is a replacement dishwasher. Normally we would never have purchased this brand, but after Comsumer Report research, I was convinced we needed to give this brand a try. So far we are very impressed with the cleanliness of our dishes and how quiet it operates. It gets a high five from us.

Has leaked on us a few times and have had technicians out multiple times. 4.5 years old and already replacing it

Worst rack layout ever. Good luck loading any casserole dishes or anything larger than a flat dinner plate. This dishwasher is a joke! Also does not generate sufficient heat to completely dry the dishes. But the good news is, it’s quiet. I miss my builder grade GE, it had great load flexibility, dried the dishes and didn’t stink like our Bosh if the door is was closed for more than a day.

This machine offers the most amazing features and best product support

Machine is noisy! I expected much quieter. When I first started running it I thought it sounded loud which inspired me to get my sound meter. Sure enough, the sound/db meter registers 56 Db (full or empty) which is much higher than the Bosch advertising claims that this machine is a "Super Silence Plus 42 DBa". I've had the repair guy out twice. Sorry I bought this.

I bought this dishwasher less than two years ago. The first version didn't work so Best Buy came and got it and then brought another one telling me I had to install it myself. I got someone to help install it and it worked. Soon after that it got stuck on a setting for about a month. When I finally got it to change settings little parts began to fall off. I would run the dishwasher and then open it to find parts sitting in the racks. Now about every three months its starts sending dirty water into the dishwasher and making everything smell bad. I have to take everything apart and run it 6 times with baking soda and vinegar and plunge out the drain to make it work again. Even then it doesn't work very well. Go ahead and search this dishwasher and you will see that this is common. I'm not sure how this thing gets so many good reviews. One giant piece of junk for over $1,000.

Quality gone down over past 10-20 years! Must rins

The soap dispenser drawer will fail out of nowhere so you’ll waste soap, water and 2.5 hours of energy for an overpriced machine running without actually cleaning your dishes. The manufacturer’s warranty is just 1 year long which is nonsense on something supposedly this high end. On my own fixing it. Will never buy Bosch again as they’re clearly junk like every other modern manufacturer.

Racks rusted in 3 years. Bosch won’t help under warranty. They want invoice with store adress on it. Best buy wont provide any other invoices except what I already have in my account.

Garbage. Have had it one week. Bottom rack collapses when filled and doesn't roll in. Stainless steel door shows every fingerprint, towel mark. Flimsy made. Trying to return it. Had a Bosch for years and it was a quality product. This one is just garbage. We hate it.
