None in stock to replace it, so had to pay $240.00 to upgrade to tjhe top of the line model. Would have expected better from Bosch

Dishes come out clean and dry

We purchased the dishwasher on October13, 2020 and it was installed the end of November after we completed our kitchen renovation. Needless to say, we have basically been without a dishwasher since installation. We have had Mr. appliance out twice(they are great by the way) to fix and diagnose our problem. The bottom rack won't stay on the rails so they sent us bigger wheels and the door wouldn't close properly. After installing the wheels, same problem. I contacted Bosch who sent them out to measure the tub and in the meantime it just completely quit working and said it wasn't draining properly. After being told we needed another heat pump they were scheduled to be out this Monday. I received a phone call stating now the part was on backorder and they cant come back out until the part arrives which was yesterday. It didn't fix it. Still broke. At this point I have 0 confidence on our appliance. We have a beautiful kitchen and no dishwasher to speak of. I'm unsure at this point of what our choices are but continuing to have to fix something we can't even use is beyond frustrating. BBB rating for Bosch is a D-. Shame on me for not looking there first. That is the level of service you will receive.
