Courteous and professional. Installer also contacted me 30 min before arrival, very efficient and professional, he did not remove packing around dishwasher . He did remove previous dishwasher. I assumed he would. I am a senior and a widow.

DO NOT BUY THIS ONE. I have never written a bad review BUT when it comes to cleanliness I come unglued. Dishes comes out wet....WHY NO DRYER! The Best Buy, so called salesperson, never mentioned it had NO HEATER! Yes, I assumed ALL dishwashers had heaters for sanitation. NOT....They not only come out wet but you have to whip them down for food particulars. Don't be ME, because I was told Bosch was the top brsnd. I will never shop brand again. Lesson Learned. Note, it may be just the model I got, or just my dishwasher, so don't let this stop you from buying Bosch....my point look at the reviews. Do your homework.

1. Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. You only need to fill the reservoir, and the dishwasher will indicate when it needs to be refilled.
2. For everyday use, we recommend the Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil.
3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". The Sanitize option operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results.
4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out the lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack.

Waited two months After purchase for delivery and install, understandably due to COVID, but expected better quality at this price level. Stripped screw in door panel falling out, lingering smell after one month use and water does not drain out of filter area, so not good if unit isn’t used for a few days. Considering return options. Third top tray not as useful as I imagined it would be.

Quiet and Powerful

It's so much quieter and it cleans as well or better than our prior one. Our experience in buying this online and having it installed by Best Buy was a nightmare but the dishwasher is great.

The Bosch dishwasher purchased was the 800 Series, 40 dBa and has worked as expected. Excellent cleaning and drying and quiet operation as advertised. Couldn't be happier or more satisfied.

It is so quiet that I need to tough the top of the door to make sure it is working. It also has a red light that shies on the floor to tell you it is on.

It has never worked correctly. It leaves a film on my dishes that cannot be washed off. I've ruined 2 sets of dishes because of this dishwasher. I called Bosch and they did NOTHING to help me. BEWARE.
