Quiet, quiet, quiet….you will love this dishwasher.

The absolute worst dishwasher we have ever had, and we have had quite a few over the past 30 years. It doesn’t do the one thing it was designed to do….clean dishes. We run it on sanitize and still have dirty dishes every time. I do not have time to hand wash so I will run the same load on sanitize THREE times to get the dishes clean.

I can't get it to begin washing. All lights are on, cycle is selected, start button hit, door shut in less than 4 secs, and nothing, but the flashing light. Very frustrated and disappointed. I've googled it, Youtubed it and followed all instructions including reset several times. Nothing!! I purchaed in may but just had it installed last month waiting on a new home to be built.

I bought a Bosch because it was the best out there, but I was wrong. Within one year it needed 3 service calls.

Bottom rack is not sturdy and will bend. Wheels misalign even if only half full. I also have only have issues on the control. Not happy.

After the pre-delivery measurements, the dishwasher did not fit, so it was returned. We do not have a new appliance as of now.

Terrible dishwasher. Leaked on Day 1 with the very first run. I thought Bosch was rated number 1. This is pathetic.

5 weeks and yet DID NOT get the dishwasher. Yet bestbuy been charging me for this purchase that I didn’t receive yet

I love this dishwasher. It’s super quiet, easy to use and well designed. It tells you I no the display when you need to add rinse agent. I’d have preferred a black finish but my old dishwasher was dying and supply chain being what it is, I accepted stainless.

Not as much room as our previous dishwasher. It is very quiet and cleans much better too. We do miss the handle.

The dishwasher worked well for almost two years before it suddenly stopped functioning. After consulting multiple technicians, they confirmed the issue was with the spraying tower—a known problem they frequently repair in this model. Excessive heat causes the spraying tower to melt, rendering the dishwasher inoperable. It appears Bosch is aware of the defect, as the replacement part they now provide is thicker and modified to address the issue. However, they refused to cover the repair costs (almost $800). Given that this seems to be a manufacturing defect, Bosch should recall the affected units or at least cover the repairs. Despite spending hours on the phone and providing documentation from a technician, they offered no meaningful assistance. I cannot recommend this model and am now hesitant to purchase another Bosch appliance.

Runs super quiet! Would definitely recommend the Bosch dishwasher!

The soap dispenser drawer will fail out of nowhere so you’ll waste soap, water and 2.5 hours of energy for an overpriced machine running without actually cleaning your dishes. The manufacturer’s warranty is just 1 year long which is nonsense on something supposedly this high end. On my own fixing it. Will never buy Bosch again as they’re clearly junk like every other modern manufacturer.
