Quietest dishwasher I've ever used. 3rd rack is very convenient.

What a wonderful dishwasher I especially think the upper rack is so useful for large knives, long handled spoons, etc. The crystal dry feature actually gets plastics dry. Fabulous.

Really happy with this purchase. We had to replace a GE Profile that had 2 repairs in 5 years until it finally stopped working. This dishwasher lives up to its hype. Only issue I have is the fold down rack for cups, It doesn't flip totally straight up out of the way so loading cups on beneath it is difficult. The Profile snapped completely straight up and out of the way. Could be just me not applying enough pressure to snap it up. It will go straight down but then it takes up side clearance room for your cups or glassware. Will require a trip to the store to talk to salesman, but other than that it is really quiet and dishes come out totally dry.

It is very Quiet. We like the 3rd rack. Love it.

It's the best dishwasher we have had in our home. I have always rinsed and practically washed the dishes. I read the instructions and it said DON'T rinse just scrape off. I did as told and the dishes came out sparkling and clean. Very satisfied with our Bosch!!!

Extremely quiet! Amazingly quiet! So quiet that it overcomes my disappointment at how difficult it is to figure out how to load my dishes to maximize capacity. Currently experimenting with different configurations of shelf height and/or removal of top shelf so that my dishes fit. Does seem to do a good job of cleaning the dishes, so overall it is recommended with the provision that potential buyers really do their research.

This is my second Bosch dishwasher - just moved to new house. Love these quiet, efficient, great cleaning dishwashers! Free installation went very smoothly, and removed and took away the existing dishwasher. Have washed a few loads with no issues whatsoever. Is exactly what I expected, having owned a Bosch in my other house.

Very quiet and does an excellent job of washing dishes.

This has been a good investment. It's been very effective so far and is very quiet. The adjustable middle and top racks are great. The delivery and installation was smooth. It was delivered the day before Thanksgiving and the crew was in and out in 30 minutes.

The only dishwasher ever that really cleans. Also I was very appreciative in learning that finish dishwasher detergent is absolutely the best and essential

The Bosch 800 series dishwasher is an excellent value, and very thorough in cleaning dishes, silverware, glasses etc. this dishwasher is extremely quiet and very easy to use.

Had our Samsung Dishwasher fail for the 4th time in 2 years. Went into our local Best Buy and was referred to the Bosch 800 Series, 24" Top Control in Black Stainless Steel. Ran our first load of dishes, pots and pans and silverware. If the red light wasn't on that is projected on the floor in front of the Bosch Dishwasher you wouldn't know it was on. At the end of the cycle, no popped door and fan noise like the others. Just clean and dry dishes! The Wife loves it so I love it... Yes, it was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!

Super quiet and I love the third top rack. Also because it doesn't use a heating element, no issues with drying plastics using *Crystal Clear feature

We had this dishwasher on back order at Lowe’s for over two months and Best Buy got it done in 4 days for a lower price. Now that we’ve had it for a month it’s great. We have hardly taken advantage of all the features yet, but it’s quite the upgrade over our last one. 3rd is now a must.

We bought this particular model because it dries silicone and plastic. We have a almost one year old and that’s important that we can wash dry and sanitize.

I had a great experience with the Best Buy installers. They treated my house with respect and did a great job installing the dishwasher. It is not very sturdy. For instance, if you open the door by pulling on the handle near one side or the other, there is a lot of flex in the door and I bet the door will get worn out fast. I have told my family to grasp the handle and open it from the middle. It just isn't built as well as our old one. At first I was blown away by with how good it cleaned and how quiet it was. I love how quiet it is. Then, it started smelling. There was always nasty water sitting in the filter area. I called for service. The guy who came by told me that the pump was not pumping all the dirty water out. He said he had several of these calls and the new pump he put in should take care of it. It seemed a little better but it did not totally take care of the problem. There is still water at the bottom of the filter although not as much as before. It still smells if I don't run it at least every other day. Sometimes we just don't fill it up that fast. I started running rinse cycles after a clean cycle and emptying it to at least have clean water sitting there. It has helped a little but still does not solve the problem. Overall this has been a very disappointing purchase. I bought this because of the Bosch name and reputation but the build quality is mediocre and the smell can be really bad.

I have one of the newest Bosch units. The drying system works really well. The glasses are spotless and ease of loading is fine. You can't hear it in our great room/kitchen while it is operating.

Bosch dishwashers do not have heated dry. Owning the previous 800 series dishwasher, I was intrigued by CrystalDry. I no longer have to leave the door opened after a cycle for the dishes to dry.

This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. After my last dishwasher only lasted 3 years and those 3 years were not good (dishes aways wet and the last year it was not cleaning well). I decided to step it up to a Bosch. This dishwasher is amazing. With the Crystal Dry feature almost all of dishes come out dry with the exception of some plastics which can be expected. My glasses are crystal clear and all of my dishes are so clean. I love the red dot on that shines on the floor when the dishwasher is in operation sine it is so quiet. I have had it for a little over a month and I am hoping that it will continue to shine for years to come.
