Well it was working and it did an awesome job! Didn't realize how bad my old dishwasher was, lol. Bosch is top of the line in quality and workmanship. Worth every penny.

My wife regretted leaving the previous one in our old house ever since we moved. Now she's happy to have one again at our new house. While other brands may look similar, you can't beat Bosch quality. Over the years we had 4 different brands, but none had the quality and reliability like our Bosch.

However, we picked this unit specifically for the CrystalDry feature, but it's not just the plastics that come out wet, but a lot of the ceramics and glass have puddles on top at the end of a 2.5hr marathon cycle. In the drying department, this is worse than our old 10+ year-old Frigidaire unit was on its last legs.

Even during the pandemic the sale service was exquisite. And making an appointment was easy as pie and they were ready when I got there. No waiting

New Dishwasher

We had it installed by a local installer and we have been very happy with the purchase. It is very quiet, so quiet that I do not know it is on unless I see the red light on the floor. The dishes are very clean and the crystal dry feature is amazing. We would recommend this dishwasher to anyone, it is worth the money!

The Best Dishwasher

Even plastic items are completely dry. I love the third rack. I removed the bottom utensil holder because it's not necessary with the top rack. I would recommend this dishwasher and will go with Bosch for life now.

We have toddlers and the way it dries plastic is a godsend. I used to have wet pieces all over the counters to air dry. Now most things come out dry. I do wish it had an end of cycle light instead of a light while it is running but I would still buy it again.
