We have had if only a couple weeks and the spinning arm came off! We have very light loads, we use the suggested finishing rinse and dishwasher brand. I’m shocked. Our last Bosch lasted 15 years. It’s only been 2-3 weeks with this one!

Very quiet for open concept living. Perfect 4 me!!

Totally over-rated. Yes, it's not loud, but you can hear it. I'm 10 feet across the room and can hear it right now while it is running no problem- woosh, woosh, woosh - it doesn't need the red sensor light at all! I waited 10 years to be able to afford a Bosch because people rave about them. I also found out that the 800 series is 40db at other stores but 42 db at Best Buy. It did not feel like it was high quality when I was installing it. The inlet valve for the water is made of plastic and I was quite scared that it would break and who knows what kind of plastic it is made of (bpa?). I am also quite disappointed to realize that the 800 does not have the auto air like the 500. It only has crystal dry. I wanted a 500 but they have been out of stock for sooo long and randomly the 800 became available and went for it - I wish I had waited!!! The racks feel so cheap. They literally are the same quality as the Frigidaire that we are replacing. Overall for twice the price of that one I expected it to be twice as good. I am so utterly disappointed.

older dishwasher started leaking, parts not available now (pandemic problem) so we tried looking for a replacement. Had a few friends who recommended this brand and we had to travel to find one in stock.

The dishwasher cleans well. The third rack is not that helpful, as you can't put tall glasses in the second rack. But it holds a lot of dishes and rinses and dries well. The crystal dry is a plus. Installation through Best Buy was a breeze too.

Cleans ok but I’ve never had a more complicated dishwasher. I’m sure it’s not working correctly but Best Buy assures me they’ll replace it as soon as they get stock back in. I’m depending on that!!!

Best Buy delivered and installed the Bosch dishwasher that appeared to be perhaps previously returned. Running the dishwasher resulted in an error code and I believe the Best Buy contractor who installed it know it was not working properly when he left my home. The dishwasher was returned and a new one was purchased from a different retailer. It works great.

Can't rate ..... Very rude Installation person. He opened the cabinet under the sink and pointed. I tried to explain that I recently had prostate surgery and I could not do it. He just walked away. Then he took measurements and said the new dishwasher would not fit, even though it is the same size as what is installed. Then he could not get the old dishwasher out. He was not motivated to do anything but the simpliest of installations. It only took 15 minutes to get the old one out. Ended up returning the whole thing and purchasing from a competitor, who removed and installed with no issue

Thi dishwasher is everything I expected from a Bosch dishwasher. It is exceptionally quiet. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars is that the output hose is shorter than the last one on our previous Bosch dishwasher, requiring that we purchase an extension in order to install it in our existing dishwasher location.

We bought Bosch Dish washer 800 series from Best Buy. Delivered on time and the dish washer works quite as expected. We are very happy with our purchase and Best Buy sales team.

I love this dishwasher! I'm glad that there is a light displayed on the floor when it is in use because you would not know that its on. Being able to adjust the height of the top rack is a huge help for tall items.

I've only had a few weeks but I'm very happy with my new Bosch dishwasher. My only complaint is that it shows fingerprints too easily so it needs to be wiped clean often.

I went to Home Depot, Lowe’s then Best Buy. Best Buy sales person explain every aspect of the purchase ( pros and cons) of each brand. She was perfect at doing his and I bought the top of line of her

Bosch is the Best dishwasher. Installation was straight forward. We had to wait several months for delivery due to all Bosch appliances back ordered

Geek squad did a great job installing the dishwasher at our home. Will always use beat buy for appliances. So much better than Home Depot or Lowe’s

Worst bottom rack ever! The two different directions of tines on the rack limit efficient loading of dishes/cookware. Whomever designed this could never have had to clean items from a family meal prep and serve.

easy install. the only issue is the rinse cycle tends to leave a lot of water in the tub afterwards since there isn't a dry cycle to it.

Great quiet machine - I've only had for about a month, let's hope it's durable, and lasts. If so, thrilled with the purchase!

Do not recommend. E15 | watertap errors started coming after 1 year and service options on South Puget Sound are limited and expensive. Less than 2 years later and we’ve nearly spent another $500 on service calls.

Too many lengthy cycles. Cleaned dishes, but had to dry the silverware when it finished. Bosch has a good reputation for quality and usage. It should be a good addition to our kitchen.
