They made 3 appointments and missed each appointment. They finally showed up on the 4th appointment. They appointment window was 8 hours so I would like to get 24 hrs of my life back. I hope they read this and call me back.

Also, this machine doesn’t seem to clean as well as The Kenmore. This unit was supposed to be one of Bosch’s top of the line. It is quiet.
