After two years, it broke (its leaking below, the infamous code E15 you will see on several youtube videos), and the Geek Squad has been trying to fix it for more than 45 days. Reason: the design is so specific that they don't know how to replace the part and seal it. Bottom line: while worked it was great, but once it breaks, good luck. Don't recommend this machine at all.

Our GE stopped working reliably after 9 years so decided on a Bosch because everyone raves about them... So disappointed. Louder on day one - then a year and a half later it is making a loud audible noise when the sprayers are going and not cleaning as well now either. Red light sold me on the model, but it flashes and does not start if you interrupt, or if you do not 'start it properly'. It is a hassle compared to our old GE and the Asko at our old home. (Both were much more quiet by the way) Call for service and they want to charge $140 to show up + $40 for every 15 min + parts. Really? At those rates it may be easier to just buy a different unit all together. ~ Certainly will not be a Bosch. Is what it is...

It is quiet, washes and dries well, but none of those things are head and shoulders above my old on which was half the price. Silverware tray is nice as is the red indicator when it's running, but I miss the green indicator my old one had when it was done. Being able to put plastics anywhere is also a bonus of the new drying technology.

I made the purchase in May 2020, the dishwasher has been down since September 2022 because the Geek Squad keeps tinkering with different parts. Now the dishwasher no longer works. I can’t get in touch with anyone to resolve the problem. My mom has been washing dishes by hand because Geek Squad can’t get it together.

This dishwasher cost twice as much as other dishwashers at the time but it was rated number one by consumer reports so I made the purchase. I totally regret buying this Bosch for my next dishwasher I will not be doing any research I will just  "Eeny, meeny, miny, moe" and buy
