The first was sopping wet at end of cycle and didnt clean. Thinking it was a fluke based on positive rave reviews from others, best buy switched it out for another one. Same problem. i mean this dishwasher is SO BAD i am handwashing dishes. Glasses are cloudy and smeared and when i open the door at the end of the extremely long cycle (over 4 hours) there is SO MUCH WATER INSIDE, it SPLASHES OUT ONTO THE FLOOR and i have to get on my hands and knees to mop it up! this is "crystal dry" ? This is the 2024 model. Whatever they did to it, they ruined it. I have never in my life met such an awful dishwasher and i've had many. and for the PRICE! Now for this second one, as bad as the first, they are sending repair person out. if i had to wait around for repairmen i should have stuck with my old builders grade frigidaire which actually cleaned great.

The Bosch unit takes some “getting use to” because there are several things that function differently. One of them is figuring out how to place everything in the racks so they fit properly. That can take some time if you have several pieces that need to be washed. Just remember..::patience is a virtue. Once you’re accustomed to everything…..it works.

So far it has ex exceeded my high expectations. Loading dishes is different, but we are figuring out how to maximize the space. And it is really quiet!
