We love this dishwasher. It gets our dishes super clean and with the auto wash, there is no guessing what cycle to put it on. Only issue we found was learning the new way to load a Bosch.

Love my Bosch. Never recommend anythig else. It is awesome.

I like the selection for short wash if dishes aren’t very dirty. Can also run a longer wash and focus on “scrubbing “dishes in back or front of dishwasher.

I was very satisfied with the installation of my new dishwasher. The installers were very competent and friendly. I would use them again if needed.

Best Buy offered "free installation." Don't believe it. I was extremely dissatisfied with the installation provided by their installation company. Their delivery person walked in and said “oh i’m sorry but we can’t use that electrical connection. We need to install a new one for $175. Oh I’m sorry but we can’t use that water connection. We have to install a new one for $175 dollars.” There was absolutely nothing wrong with either one. The dishwasher we had was only 5 years old. The previous installer found nothing wrong with the water connection, and the electrical connection was replaced at that time. The electrical connection was especially egregious, since it was exactly the one indicated on your web site for Bosch dishwashers (https://www.bestbuy.com/product/bosch-powercord-with-junction-box-for-benchmark-and-thermador-dishwashers-for-hard-wired-installations-white/J3P322SY2J/sku/6360259) I was watching, and the time the tech took to replace the water valve and electrical connection was less than 15 minutes at a cost of $350. That works out to $1400/hr. You tell me if you think that’s a fair labor rate. I sure don't. Buyer beware, I'll never buy another appliance from Best Buy.

We are happy now, we had a hard time believing it took 2 months to get here.

This dishwasher is awesome. Definitely the best dishwasher i've ever owned! I looked up best dishwasher to get and the BOSCH 800 was the overwhelming result across multiple different opinions. However, I've had an issue with it not drying dishes completely. It could be user error though.

This dishwasher is not quiet. It is not silent. Perhaps the old 800 model was quiet, but the latest model is loud in comparison. I bought this after reading all the rave reviews about being able to stand next to the dishwasher and not know it was on. With the latest model, you won’t experience that. You can hear it running from other rooms. You will know that it’s on. It cleans well, but I bought this model for the advertised quietness.

This is one of the elite of the Bosch series. Although we are still learning about it there is some disappointments. The wine glasses and coffee mugs are not getting as clean as expected. But it is a very nice machine

Love the dishwasher -- Best Buy installers are the worst - they look for any excuse to leave and not install your appliance as scheduled!!

After 11 years, my old Bosch got a tub leak and I only considered a new Bosch as a replacement. It's so, so quiet and sleek! Performs beautifully.

If you want to use the delay start feature you have to use the phone app. You cannot set it up on the control panel on the dishwasher. To set it up, each time you have to go through several steps on the app. Definitely a lot quicker and easier on my old builder grade GE where I simply had to push one button. It’s a dishwasher, do I really need to use a phone app for basic operations? Went back to the store to make sure I was not missing something. Was told you have to use the app. Wish I knew prior to my purchase, would have probably gone in a different direction.

Good dishwasher. Gets dishes clean and has nice features like auto-clean mode.

No complaints on this one. Rated everywhere as best dishwasher brand and we got almost 10 years out of our last Bosch. Typical life expectancy is 4-5 years

This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned My dishes are clean, dry, and spot free every time. I am thrilled with my purchase. Best Buy delivered as scheduled and did a great job installing the dishwasher.

We love our new Bosch dishwasher, especially the top rack which allows us to fit many odd shaped items in the dishwasher in addition to our regular dishes, glasses and pots and pans.

Just put the new dishwasher in this month and so far the performance has been excellent. The design fits perfectly in a newly remodeled kitchen.
