No communication between Bosch and their technician to get parts ordered or the machine replaced. Do not buy.

Purchased and the tech who came out said he did not have a water line long enough, even though I found the water line kit inside the unit after he left it in my dining room. Called a trusted plumber, they came out and installed for just under $300 additional dollars. Now, 2 days later, I have an error code that there is something wrong with the door and Best Buy cannot come out and fix it for 2 more weeks. If they do not fix it, I will be returning it. I do not like the design of the dishwasher either, as you cannot tell if it is on because the display does not light up after it starts. My last dishwasher was a Bosch and it lasted 23 years, but this one seems fragile and picky. I will not buy another one if they cannot fix this one, and also, disappointed in wait times over the phone (total of over a hour on hold) for Geek Squad.

Bosch 800 dishwasher is not quiet

Perhaps the old 800 model was quiet, but the latest model is loud in comparison. I bought this after reading all the rave reviews about being able to stand next to the dishwasher and not know it was on. With the latest model, you won’t experience that. You can hear it running from other rooms. You will know that it’s on. It cleans well, but I bought this model for the advertised quietness.

Great for a year

Do not buy!

It builds up condensation and faults and won’t run properly until the machine dries out after a couple days. This is a common error on this machine according to all the complaints on Reddit. Do not buy!

I threw away my samsung coz that was a slacker just to find out it dug up a hole in my pocket too. I heard so much about bosch and put my bet on this great expensive product but its been a great disappointment. I am trying to devise a time machine with this DW now to slap my old self for wasting my money.
