Well built, looks good and works great. Worth the upgrade

WE LOVE BOSCH! Moved into a new home that had a GE dishwasher and we were immediately disappointed in it. We had a Bosch in our previous home and knew we wanted to change it out when we could. The time came, and we went with this 800-series. AGAIN WE ARE SO HAPPY with our Bosch! Super quiet and cleans super well! We will forever be going with Bosch!

I have had this dishwasher to f 2 months. This is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned, Cleans dishes well across all three levels of racks with little, if any, moisture left on the dishes and glassware. Highly recommend this as an excellent for cleaning cookware and for the minimal noise

I bought this dishwasher in October 2023, and while it cleaned and dried my dishes excellently at first, it stopped working less than a year later in September 2024. The real nightmare began when I had to rely on Bosch’s manufacturer warranty instead of the additional Best Buy warranty I purchased. Bosch’s customer service has been terrible. After calling and being bounced between five different customer numbers and three repair shops, I finally discovered that Indiana has just one service provider for Bosch appliances. The technician with this company has a four-week lead time just to schedule an appointment. For me, it was: -Two weeks to find a service provider. -Five weeks to get someone to inspect the dishwasher. -Four weeks for the only repair shop to get the required part. -Another four weeks to schedule the actual repair for the earliest possible date (now set for Christmas Eve, December 24th). This is Bosch's response to my unhappy email: "While we strive to keep spare parts in stock for our products, there are certain factors that can sometimes hinder our ability to do so. We understand that being without a functioning dishwasher for an extended period of time is frustrating. Advise for you to contact your service provider to determine the available appointment to continue the repair." In total, I’ll be without a working dishwasher for almost four months. That’s unacceptable! While the dishwasher may work well when it’s operational, what good is that if Bosch can't provide reasonable support for repairs? My advice: Bosch shouldn’t sell its products in areas where they clearly lack adequate support infrastructure. If you live in Indiana or anywhere else with limited service options, either take your chances that your machine won't have any issues or go with a different brand.

I replaced a very poor working dishwasher with this Bosch dispenser and I couldn’t be more happy. Installation was a breeze with Best Buy! This Bosch unit cleans and dries my dishes like a dream. I’ve had zero issues since purchasing this dishwasher. Lots of options, ease of use, and so quiet! I have to touch the door to tell if it’s on or not! Highly recommend this Bosch dishwasher.

We are very happy with this purchase. The dishwasher is very quiet and does a thorough job of cleaning, you can’t ask for more.

Love the 800 series. Washes great as expected. Easy to move tines which is helpful for loading. Plus, it’s very quiet. This is my 2nd Bosch dishwasher; had the 300 series which is different now than when we bought it. We moved so we upgraded to the 800 series which is a nice upgrade.

My son washed the dishes three times before he realized the dishes were clean because he could not hear it running. Best dishwasher we have ever owned

Not drying as well as I would like. Everything else seems to be operating as advertised.

I've been through 3 different dishwashers since I moved into my house 9 years ago. Whirlpool, Samsung, etc. they didn't wash well, kept breaking, and didn't fit dishes well. Went online and read review after review and found this one. I absolutely love it.

Great product and quality unbearable. Silent and elegant

Dishwasher works just great. Quiet, easy to install, comes with plug if you have a 120V outlet to plug into. Drain line is short but probably Ok for most. Cleans well, holds a lot of dishes even though it is the exact same size as the Bosch we replaced, just better rack set up. So why 3 stars? The interface is perhaps the worst. Not intuitive, the manual sucks, the APP sucks. Bottom line is BOSCH needs to hire entirely new staff of programmers. I use normal, I cannot delay the start, the on off button is a nuisance, open the door to add a missed dish and you have to be sure to rehit the start button or it won't start when you shut the door. APP never able to connect but that's OK, I don't need another freaking app on my phone.

Our new ld dishwasher didn't get the dishes clean or dry anymore. We serviced it and cleaned everything out. Then we bought this dishwasher and everything comes out crystal clean and dry what a change!

Cleans as advertised. Tested with some dried on food and this dishwasher did the job. Glad I spent the extra now let’s see if these are as reliable as everyone says

I've had the Bosch 800 for about 4 months and it has been phenomenal. It cleans extremely well and is quiet. The drying technology works. I should have splurged on this DW 10 years ago.

Price was higher than I had planned to pay. After about two weeks, it's working very well. Had issues with using Google assistant to start the dishwasher at a specific time (would find the dishwasher hadn't started the night before). Found the solution was to tell the assistant to turn on the dishwasher at 9pm and then tell assistant to start the dishwasher at 9:01pm. Dishes come out VERY clean. Nice and quiet as well.
