The dishwasher has limited features on the actual machine, so you are forced to install an app on your phone to access features such as delayed start. Unnecessary extra steps for a basic feature that should be on the machine.

There is a level of understanding the controls and how to load it. Fortunately, there are many videos on YouTube that help. The third tray on top is very useful. The technicians that came to my home were very professional.

We purchased it online, and went to Pueblo to pick it up. They were all ready for us, helped us load it up. The whole thing took about 10 minutes or less. Very happy with product and Best Buy.
