Huge disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This dishwasher has been a huge disappointment. After every cycle, it still leaves behind a toxic odor. I had read some reviews mentioning this issue, but I believed that following the common suggestions—using the sanitize function, adding vinegar or baking soda, airing it out, and running multiple washes—would eventually solve the problem. Since the day I bought it, I’ve been running the dishwasher at least twice daily, sometimes even four times, for over a month now, and there is still a smell. Since I have kids, I have to rinse and sanitize the dishes myself after every wash, which defeats the main purpose of owning a dishwasher. I don’t understand why this model has received such high ratings. One of the main reasons I chose it was its supposed reliability and cleaning performance. Reliability remains to be seen, but its cleaning ability is also disappointing. For example, the dish in my attached photo has been washed five times, yet it still has yellow stains (I was able to scrape off easily with just my fingernail). Honestly, it cleans worse than my previous KitchenAid, which not only did a better job but also had stainless steel spray arms. This one is more expensive, yet made of more plastic. Overall, I’m very disappointed.

1. Make sure the dishwasher filter (located at the bottom) is cleaned regularly. To learn how to remove it, refer to your owner's manual. To remove debris, wash it with soap and a soft brush under running water.
2. Make sure there is enough space between items when loading. Ensure that the spray arms can move freely after loading the dishwasher.
3. Add rinse aid. Review your owner's manual to learn how and where to add rinse aid. Rinse aid helps water droplets slide off dishware so water marks can't be seen.
4. Clean your dishwasher's spray arms. Make sure there are no blockages in the holes by running it under water. To remove debris from the holes, use a toothpick.
5. Run a dishwasher cleaner through the dishwasher (Finish dishwasher cleaner, or Glisten Dishwasher Magic can be used).
6. Make sure you are using the appropriate amount of detergent per the instructions.

The silverware container is too small and the installation the first time you scheduled it was a no call no show then I had to wait several weeks for a different company that Best Buy hired to install. It sat in my dining room for three weeks not good service Would probably not use Best Buy again because of the installation problems

There is definitely much more space it seems than my old two tier washer. Even with this 3 tier one. Its organized way better and takes full advantage of the space. Also it is incredibly quiet, you can't even tell it's on

The DW is very quiet,, cleans very well and, so long as you are using Jet Dry with auto setting, sanitize and crystal dry, then everything gets dried. Buying it on sale when there's a free install promo makes it an easy decision to continue to support Best Buy.

It is so quiet you find yourself questioning whether it is on. And the dishes come out sparkling clean without pre-washing. If you want to get the best, this is it. Best Buy was very helpful with delivery.

My previous one left all dishes dirty and spotty. Bosch 800 is the way to go. It has some magical Crystals that leaves zero spots. Love it! Great buy.

So quiet, you can drop some of the tines that stick up making is easier to lay small bowls flat and the top tray for silverware is so easy to use. Everything comes out clean and dry. Love it!

The small amount of water remaining on the bottoms of cups and glasses is easily wiped off before unloading.
