Very pleased with the performance of the Bosch 800 Series. I love the Crystal Dry feature. Our dishes come out completely clean and DRY. In addition, it is super quiet and perfect for our open kitchen/great room experience. I'd feel comfortable recommending this to my friends and family.

I really love the design of the inside of the dishwasher. The app and smart tech features make using it feel futuristic. My 14 year old dishwasher was needed for a replacement. I hope the furfure of this one last more than 14 years. Love the drying!

Love my new Bosch dishwasher ! So quiet and cleans great!

Overall excellent, and a strong recommend the upgrade to this 800 model with the advanced drying system. Very similar in 3-rack layout to my previous Miele, and cleans better than my previous (admittedly old) Miele. Plastic, glass, ceramic, metal all get extremely clean and very dry -- the unique CrystalDry system makes the dishes are all super dry, But leaves slight dampness on the walls of the machine which dissipates quickly. That takes getting used to (there is no external vent on the front like old machines), but doesn't impact the dryness of the dishes, which is excellent. Cleaning overall is consistently excellent, as is the app which gives valuable info in water and energy consumption, allowing the user to tailor it to their most specific needs. I have gotten excellent cleaning on the low water ("normal") option, and baked-on messes are completely cleaned with no pre-scrubbing. I only scrape my dishes, and rarely rinse/wash any before loading, and they have consistently been spotlessly clean. The black finish is clean and crisp looking, not glossy, it has a quiet upscale vibe. Sometimes app or connection is a little spotty, but that's rare, and a live (not automated) Bosh phone assistant helped me connect when I was having issues on first connection setup. Also, my experience with Best Buy home delivery and install was exceptional. Very careful and caring appliance techs installed, also super nice.

The Bosch 800 Series 24" Dishwasher is great! We bought it to replace our previous Bosch (purchased in 2012). Aside from 3 cancelled delivery/installation appointments because it failed to arrive at the promised time, the entire purchase/delivery/installation process was went well. The hold-up was due to our wanting the black finish. Apparently most people get stainless steel. This machine is even quieter than our previous Bosch. We love the third rack. While some reviewers have commented on the unpleasant odor (to them) caused by the Zeolith crystals used in the drying process, it seems to be only a mild odor to us. Overall, we love it and would buy it again.

We named her Dishy Trisha and she has been amazing. She’s quiet and the dishes come out spotless. There are moveable parts inside that allow a proper Tetris arrangement of dishes. The Bluetooth connection lets us know if there is an issue (like there is a dish in the way of the arm spinning) and when she is finished. Pricy compared to others but worth it in my opinion.

The Bosch 800 Series dishwasher does an excellent job in cleaning and drying your dishes, cookware and silverware. We have certainly enjoyed having this new unit in our home. A feature that connects the dishwasher to the Bosch app on your smart phone is a feature that I didn't think that I would at all. But I use that feature all the time, it really adds to the value of the Bosch unit.

Excellent dish washer. Cleans well, shuts tight, super silent, easy controls. Perfect!

It is loaded with dishes and the racks held more dirty dishes that the old unit we had. It is so quiet that we don't know that it is running. It looks very good and is a great machine. Dishes come out very clean and dry.

Excellent. Just what I’m looking for 3 racks m, stylish and gets the job done. I really like the Home connect option.

Cleans well. Having to figure out loading. I haven't yet figured out how to prevent plastics from flipping over. My last dishwasher had a shelf to prevent that.

Nice, quiet, I like the 3 levels. Flatware basket needs a redesign to hold utensils more upright. Also needs a section for just sharp knives.

The 800 series is definitely quite. Can barely hear it while sitting in kitchen. Most importantly, wife likes and especially likes the top tray/drawer/

We have you only used the dishwasher once and it wants me to write a review, but it cleaned a lot better than my last dishwasher that is all.

Loved our older Bosch, but after 15 years it started to have issues. Bought the new one and it works just as good as the old one if not better. Much quieter, not saying the old one was noisy. Love it.

Cleans well. Weird smell. Can’t get iPhone connection to work. Handle damaged

Love it. Replaces a 30 year old Jenn Air, which was still working fine. Very quiet, seems to hold more dishes than our old machine. Never thought we would use the "flexible" second shelf but the second time we used the machine that option came into play and worked perfectly. Still playing with the multiple wash and dry options available. Not sure which we will use most but leaning toward the 60 minute cycle without choosing a separate "dry" mode. More wash and dry cycles available than we will ever use.
