However, the trays, the bottom one in particular, are very hard to load. The spacing of the separators is too close together. In addition, the trays are two inches shorter and one inch narrower than the trays in the machine it replaced.

The whole process to get it fixed has been lengthy and not at all easy. They have long wait times (we have been waiting for weeks to get someone to repair it). Other than that, the machine works fine, but what is the use of having clean dishes when your kitchen is flooded?

I tried running it many times, putting vinegar inside the unit, as I didn’t know at the time that the smell was coming from the insulation. When I would go to open the door after the cycle had completed, the stench of tar was truly unbearable. Best Buy made the return easy and I exchanged it for an LG model LDTH7972S. The LG arrived today and after running it, there is no asphalt odor whatsoever! Love it!

First the delivery team was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm... after waiting all day, they arrived closer to 6:00 pm... no one ever called and when we reached out to customer service they were not able to provide updates they just said keep waiting! Then the two delivery install people arrived... they were very dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke. We had already removed the old dishwasher so all they had to do was hook up the new one. After what should have been an easy install they refused to install the panel on the panel ready dishwasher leaving that to us to take care of. The next day we turned on the dishwasher before going to bed and woke up the next morning to find that the line to the dishwasher hadn't been hooked up properly and that it had leaked all night causing damage to our kitchen cabinets. After hours of calling Best Buy Customer Service and getting nowhere we went to the store hoping for resolution to our installation problems... The store manager said we had to call the same 800 number in the Philippines that had failed to be able to help resolve the situation in the first place. Frankly the poor installation and the even worse customer service has made the entire shopping experience absolutely miserable. We wish we had purchased this product through a different retailer that was committed to quality and customer service, it would have saved us a lot of heartache.

The required dimensions for the custom panel are as follows: Height: 27 3/4" - 30 1/2", Width: 23 1/8" - 23 3/8". A 24" wide panel may be used depending on the cabinet design.
