Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the $1350 model and i hate it. My $350 Kenmore and it lasted 18 years. Got this thing and hated it off the bat. Takes 2-1/2 hours to run a cycle. But that isnt the worst part. The silverware shelf is dumb. Takes too long to load. And the way it is set up nothing fits right. Do the designers not own a bowl? Hate hate hate it. Worst choice ever.

Detergent dispenser does not open

I had my previous dishwasher working for 18 years. I am now trying to contact Customer service but I am on hold for 40 minutes.
