Interior is simple, not a lot of gimmicky features, makes storage easy. No problems with produce freezing no matter what compartment it is stored in. Easy visibility when the refrigerator is opened. Also like the interior water dispenser and the size of the ice cubes made by the ice maker. The overall design and appearance is pleasing.

Bosch delivers yet another amazing product in this 800 series 21 cu. ft. Freen Door counter depth refrigerator. The refrigerator is quiet and includes additional amenities such as several storage bins, an ice scoop for your filtered ice and a device that monitors the temperature of veggies and other fresh produce to ensure they are protected. If you are one like me who believes in buying quality appliances that will last a long time, this unit is well worth the price.

In a matter of five weeks, we returned three non-functional refrigerators. Four refrigerators later, we are quite happy with this Bosch refrigerator. It came on the heels of one Samsung and two LGs, all with faulty temperature control. As a result, we have refrigerator/freezer thermometers and this refrigerator operates as it should. The downside is that with each new refrigerator came a higher price tag. What I like about the fridge, in addition to the fact that it works, is that it is very quiet. You can barely hear it running. It also has split shelving which makes placement of items more convenient and easier to see. I also love the third/top drawer of the freezer section. I find it very useful for my purposes. The produce drawers are a little wonky and cheap in design (thus 4 stars on quality) but they work as intended and are also individually temperature controlled. I find that they keep the fruits and vegetables fresh with no condensation. Overall, I highly recommend this refrigerator.

This was our first non-side-by-side fridge and we were worried about a number of things but one month in we like it. Most of our concern was due to the size because we had to get counter depth bu there's plenty of room in the fridge. The water dispenser is always nice and cool and fills your cups quickly. The freezer is a bit small when compared to the side by sides but we have another freezer in the garage so it doesn't impact us much. I could see this as a potential issue for others. We do consume a lot of ice and there's plenty of ice in the tray always unlike the side by sides. Not sure what you need wifi access for but i configured it pretty easily.

I love this refrigerator, but there were some initial issues. On the first visit, the refrigerator doors had two dents. On the second visit, the refrigerator replacement visit, there was a scratch on the right refrigerator door handle, and the freezer-door handle was installed upside down. On the third visit, the freezer door handle was placed right side up, but the refrigerator door-handle replacement was not the correct one. I also discovered that the interior bottle shelf was missing. Finally, on the fourth visit, the correct refrigerator door handle was installed, and the bottle shelf was delivered. ::: The worker also repositioned a vent hose that was previously installed incorrectly on my new dryer.

Three-star review is directed more toward Best Buy and not the fridge itself. Pros: The fridge itself is fantastic. Runs quiet with dual compressors. Easy to adjust and customize shelves. Does roll pretty easy into place on flat surface. Plenty of storage. Great lighting. Truly have no complaints with the fridge itself. Cons: I did take the chance and bought this as Open Box - excellent. According to this description, there should not have been any exterior damage and all accessories should have been included. When we unwrapped it, we did find a number of scratches on the front. Power cord was also missing, and upon calling the store they said they did not have it there nor did they carry it, and to check Lowe’s or Home Depot for one (FYI neither store carried them and I had to spend extra to get one direct from Bosch). In conclusion, it’s an expensive fridge that I would have found worth it saving on open-box had the condition of the fridge been consistent with the description.

Amazing fridge the ice maker is the best ever great look and the inside there's enough room for 3 to 4 people works great for us great job BOSCH!!!!!!

I like my new Bosch counter depth refrigerator because it is stylish, quiet and just the right size. It almost looks like a built-in refrigerator in my kitchen.

I wish I could give this fridge a five star review, but here's my honest feedback. We've lived with it for several weeks now. Pros: 1. Fully accessible freezer. Unlike similar fridges, Bosch makes good use of the freezer and all of it is quite useable / accessible. 2. Interior filtered water dispenser. Again, Bosch makes good use of space, which is one reason we chose this fridge. 3. Flex bar is nice & makes the interior space more functional. Cons: 1. The handles get dirty looking VERY quickly. I noticed this in the store and asked the sales associate about it, but he said it was because their floor model had been handled so much and showed me how quickly it could be cleaned. Well, it does clean fairly quickly, but the material just gets dirty looking way too quickly compared to our previous Fisher & Paykel fridge. 2. Double check your measurements. Apparently not all "counter-depth" fridges are truly counter-depth. This is much deeper than I thought it would be when it got installed. 3. The stainless steel is very fragile. A cupboard door has already dinged the side of our fridge and caused a dent after only 2 weeks. Very disappointing how thin the metal seems to be. 4. Doors seem to not shut well. Unlike previous fridges, the french doors seem to often easily get left slightly ajar. It dings really quietly to let you know, but it's annoying that it doesn't snap close more securely & easily without really "making sure" that it happens. Especially if you have kids. It's something I feel like I'm now having to be conscious of, which I never did before with other fridges.

This was a great addition to my newly renovated small kitchen. Space was limited and a counter-depth was the perfect choice. I didn't want to waste the space having the ice and water on the outside of the door. This unit gives me LOTS of ice, and is roomier than one one think. Everything is within full view and things don't get lost and hidden like they do in a standard depth refrigerator. Lots of little extras!

Excellent fridge with well thought out design and practicality. This fridge is definitely worth it's price tag. Build quality is top notch and the black stainless on this unit is incredible to see, very high quality. The ice is amazing, love the little scoop... the water inside the fridge makes a positive difference that I did not see coming. Overall, very pleased with this fridge.

Works well and looks good inside and out. It’s quiet and makes a lot of ice. Fingers crossed for a long and uneventful lifespan.

Bosch is a perfect refrigerator. The refrigerator inside has many extra features to accomodate family, holiday & parties. The multiple shelves, drawers, and fabulous NON-DRIP water faucet. The freezer's three drawers can hold so much, including ten pounds of ice. LOVE IT !

This Bosch 800 series 21 Cu ft French Door Counter Depth Refrigerator was jut the right fit and look for our space. The ice machine works beautifully and we have not run out of ice not one time and that is saying a lot for our family. Runs great food last longer and fresher. Will buy another one for our home when we get it built.

Noticed deterioration of clear coat after 8 months, called appliance store and Bosch, many hours and several months later we had to buy a new left door $680. Now, 13 months later right door same problem. Do Google search-this is a common problem on Bosch fridges with "finger print resistant" finishes. Bosch will not recognize the problem, I can only hope the replacement doors have revised coating. THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW EVER- I find the customer service of both seller and Bosch unacceptable both pointing fingers at each other as to who is responsible. Paid $500+ for extended warranty which does not cover "cosmetic items" This is a manufacturer defect, make sure you get something in writing that you are covered a year+ down the road because it will take a while to notice.

Amazing fridge! I was extremely disappointed with my prior fridge (Samsung) because it had major cooling problems. This fridge is very high quality, reliable, and beautiful.

Love this fridge. Just got it in exchange for another brand that didn't work. And that other brand had part issues. This fridge is a lot roomier than the other brand we had that claimed to be 2 CF larger. The design is great. The water dispenser is inside the fridge on the left wall. Very unique. And the ice is in the freezer drawer that collects in a large bin. Works so much better this way. And still a lot of room in the freezer compartments as well.

This fridge is incredible. Best parts include: - efficient use of space inside - lighting when opened - ice maker is next level - under-stated Design from outside - water filter inside (personally don’t like outside ones)
