It is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It cleans beautifully and very quiet.

I bought this dishwasher after a lot of research. I really like it and the hardest part of the install was trying to remove the old one.

Your installation techs were first rate. The same can't be said for the people who scheduled the installation. Your techs arrived at 9:15 pm. They left at 9:45pm because everything was waiting for the new washer. The problem----your crew still had another installation to do that night and it was about 40 minutes away. This is not fair to your installation, they deserve consideration when the schedules are planned.

The dishwasher seems to work properly. The metal inside looks much better than plastic models. The screws for the bottom faceplate are not long enough to reach their fitting on one side. I only found this out after the installer had left. He installed it with faceplate 2 inches off the floor to make the screw fit. The bottom shelf wobbles and comes off its track when it is pulled out all the way.

After getting to actually use DW we found that the racks don't hold all that much and the lower rack falls off the track all most every time it's pulled out.

cleans well. quiet. opens stiffly. racks difficult to figure out. comes out of tracks when pulling bottom rack out.

We returned this item for a Kitchen Aid! Rack set-up was weird and didn't hold our dishes well. It's a little smaller both inside and out so there was a gap around the edges and it didn't hold very many dishes. Heard after we returned it that it is the standard European size and that a standard American size would be on the market in 2014. The Kitchen Aid that we exchanged it for is AWESOME!

Installed this dishwasher myself. Very easy. After 2 months, I continue to be impressed with how quiet it is and how clean our dishes are. Glasses come out crystal clear.

Purchased for my wife to replace original model that came with our house. Purchased it on sale for $487.00 making it just over $500.00 with tax. So quiet we have to put our ears to it to see if it is running! We can watch TV, eat dinner, sleep all with it running. This never would happen with our old model. Highly recommend to anyone replacing a dishwasher.

Have owned a number of dishwashers in my life and this is definitely the quietest we have had. The loading racks are difficult to load. Seems to hold less for some reason?? It was scratched and made the price very reasonable. Really no complaints on this dishwasher.

over all it is a good item. very little noise compared to the past ones. Bottom basket lacks a good stop so we find ourselves pulling it completely out.

It is really quite. It cleans the dishes pretty well except for really dried on food. Silverware holder could have been designed a little better.
