I have owned many dishwashers in my lifetime and this Bosch product is the worst one I have ever purchased. The bottom rack falls out constantly because it is gravity-guided and the rollers have no secure track to guide them. In fact, after 4 months of owning this product, one of the rollers broke! Some of guide tines in both the bottom shelf and top shelf have broken. The dishes rarely come out clean. The drain clogs with the slightest particles of food in it. The control panel seems to work okay, but is erratic. THIS IS A TOTAL LEMON! I will never ever buy a Bosch product again. They should stick to manufacturing automobile windshield wipers..

when working, dishses get clean, when i first got it, it looked like it would run forever, oops, something is wrong with timer ...

This dishwasher was so quiet the first time I turned it on, I had to open the door to be sure it was working. It cleans dishes extremely well and with the sanitizing feature I know they will be sparkling. They come out dry and spotless, what more could you ask for? I would highly recommend this to anyone. Best Dishwasher I've owned. I read CR's report on them and they were spot on.

This dishwasher is clean/quiet. However, the bottom rack often comes off track when I pull it out, which is frustrating. Also, the slanted tines in theory should help with bowls and stuff, but they prevent placing large pots/pans anywhere in the dishwasher, and deep bowls do not line up well. Also, silverware basket seems like it can break easily, and gets hung up on the rubber gasket when returning the lower rack into the dishwasher. I was able to put many more dishes in my old dishwasher.

I wanted the best of brands and most bang for my buck..and this was the deal for me. Bosche is a superior brand and created recognition for their products by being first to deliver really quiet dishwashers. However, they are a bit expensive. There was a great deal on this with only $20 on installation that made its price comparable to the midrange dishwashers like Maytags and Whirlpools. I am liking it so far and recommend it.

Our Bosch dishwasher is quiet, efficient, stylish and comes at an affordable price.

I didn't think my dinner plates were overly big, but we have yet to find a good way to load the bottom of the dishwasher (we have had it 3 months). They overlap and just don't fit well with how the bars are spaced.

Good basic dishwasher. Not too many bells and whistles, but it does a great job of cleaning. Good rack design allows for optimum loading. Runs much quieter than our previous dishwasher.

Not the unit I wanted after my review research however, my wife was determined to show me that we didn't need to spend a lot of money to get a quality product. So far she has been correct. This unit runs very quiet, cleans well too, I read other comments about the racks inside, keeping those comments in mind, I've not had any real issues loading or unloading. adapt and over come. For the price, this so far has been a great purchase. The team that installed from Best Buy also did a great job, no complaints about those guys either

The salesperson misrepresented this product. He told me that although there was not a drying element, the dishes and the inside of the machine would be totally dry as long as I left the dishwasher closed until the cycle was complete. Not true. I end up having to wipe the dishes as well as wiping down the inside of the machine each time I use it. There is also a bad odor to the inside of the machine. I tried to exchange it for another, but was not allowed to do so.

I feel this is way better than the dishwasher , I had before. So Quiet, very Quiet. Only using two weeks , but very happy with it

the door lach broke within a month and which makes the dishwasher not work...and guess what...it doesn't have a warranty. The Door latch...how in this world could that not be covered. Best Buy won't do anything and neither will the manufacturer. I will not purchase from either again...and i have bought a lot from Best Buy.

Dish washer works great. My experience with the installation wasn't the greatest. The company that is contracted to put the dishwasher in doesn't keep normal hours. They came to put the dish washer in at 10:45 p.m. They were supposed to be here between 5-9 p.m., but because of too many installations scheduled in one day and some problems, it took longer and then made every other installations later. The gentlemen that came were very professional even though they had worked a very long day.

We were guided to this washer by the department manager. Everything she told us about the washer was correct. Easy to install, works great, and quiet.

This is a great dishwasher. I was concerned about some of the reviews stating the dishes didn't get dry. However, if you use the Auto Wash plus Sanitize option and rinse aid like recommended the dishes come out just as dry as dishwashers with a heating element. I also installed this myself and it was pretty easy. You need to hook up the drain hose first, level it, then slide it in place and hook up the hot water hose. P.S. It's also super nice looking. In case that's a factor for you.

We just brought this Dishwasher so far it meets all of our needs.

Have yet to find out what it won't clean. No rinsing necessary for our household.

I love this dishwasher. It's so quiet compared to my last one. So far it seems to clean very well. I read in earlier reviews some didn't like the way dishes are loaded in it, but I see no problem at all. This model doesn't have the sanitizing dry, but I never used that on my old one anyway, plus it saves energy not having that.

Looks good, works great, would highly recommend if they could make the trays have better ergonomics, otherwise I only kinda recommend.

Excellent dishwasher, the best we have ever used. It is every thing we wanted in a new dishwasher.
