Have had the dishwasher for about a month now and literally have no complaints. Dishes come out clean. If I open the door shortly after the cycle ends the items are so hot I can't handle them without running them under cold water. Hopefully that means they are well sanitized! And as stated before, its so quiet you don't even know its on. My old dishwasher was so loud we'd have to turn up the TV to hear it.

Nice dishwasher. Leaves dishes real clean. No rinsing needed.

This dishwasher has proven to be as good as the reviews we read. It is quiet and has ample space inside. I like the arrangement of the racks as well.

The dishwasher is super quiet. Not quite sure yet if I like how the racks are set up. The dishwasher smells if I don't run it every day. I've never had this with any other I've used.

This dishwasher in a word, Awesome. It gets the dishes cleaned right the first time and is more or less hassle free. The only thing that I might be able to complain about is that the hose fittings and electrical connections were on the opposite side compared to my last dishwasher. Worked great the first time we hooked it up. Handles large loads easily and delivers spotless dishes every time.

Overall this dishwasher cleans great, drys the dishes just fine, but the rack design is not real good for handling large pans. We run it every night before bedtime so the complaints about drying are not an issue for us. Sometimes the silverware has some minor drops of water but that's about it. Runs pretty quiet. Overall I'm very satisifed with it but I've only been using it for two months.

So far the Best Dishwasher we have owned. One issue, We did have to reset the dishwasher the second time using it. But we might not have let the previous cycle finish before opening. Does not tell you clearly in the instructions when it is completely done with the wash cycle.;

We've had this dishwasher for 3 months now and have now problems whatsoever. It cleans the dishes well and is very quite. The only complaint I have is with the Off/On button, It feels like could might break every time you push it.

Replaced a nearly 20 year old dishwasher, so anything was going to be an improvement. I thought Bosch was out of our price range, but this low end one was comparable to others we were looking at. Easy to install (we did it ourselves), and it runs so quiet! Good variety of options to more than fit our needs (2 adults). One downside: when closing the door, when it latches it almost feels like its being forced. I'm hoping this gets better with more use (we've only ran it twice).

Cleans the dishes well but difficult to load bigger pans.

So far so good. The diswasher was installed by a Best Buy contractor and he did a good and fast job. In running the dishwasher it has been fantastic. It is very quiet, so much so that I do not need to turn up the volume on the TV while it is running. It cleans everything well. And best of all the plastics come out dry. I am following the best results for drying (use Sanitize and a rinse aid) and so far so good. I am very happy with our choice and Best Buy's support of it.

Bosch Ascenta dishwasher cleans well. However the electronic setup is hard to use, Another button for pause or stop would be nice. Resetting the user defaults is too complicated. The materials used appear to be very thin and lightweight compared to the weight of my old machine, therefore I am concerned about the longevity of this machine. Call me back in 3 years.and maybe I will give it an upgraded review.

Dishwasher is nice looking, quiet, and cleans dishes well. Loading is different from previous dishwasher and it takes a little more care to load it properly. Silverware rack removes easily which makes unloading easier.

First off, my wife loves the machine. It did take over a week to get it running correctly. I am a retired remodeling contractor and have "vast" experience in installing kitchen appliances. The machine started without any problems but after a few minutes it would stop. The door would slide out about 1/16th of an inch. My solution was to insert a cedar shim over the top latch to push the mahine top down just a little. Perfect solution

Very good unit. Like stated above, you will not over tighten the l-bracket. Tighten it well or it will leak. Love the fact that it actually dries. Our GE didn't. It is a bit cramped for space. Not as big as old one. Very quiet!

a good value for the money, pretty quiet, doesn't fit a huge amount of dishes, and bottom rack could be more well fitted as far as staying on track.

Bosch dishwashers cost a little more but in the long run they are built better and will last longer. Dishes come out squeeky clean but you need to add a rinse additive, which most dishwashers recommend now anyways. Extremely quit when operating. Totally happy with this purchase.

We have enjoyed how quiet and how clean it gets the dishes clean. A little tricky loading the dishes so you get the most number of dishes in a wash.

Our old contractor grade GE dishwasher was showing its age and needed to be replaced. It cleaned the dishes OK, but was loud in doing it. After looking at CR for the best dishwashers we settled on this one. It was on sale with free installation -- could not pass it up. As with the other reviews, the dishwasher initially was a little awkward to load, but after testing a few different configurations found one that works. Some of the other reviewers found that the dishwasher seemed to be smaller, but I was able to fit a large crockpot in it with all of the other dishes. As for the best settings, make sure your water is hot before starting. The second you press the start button, the water valve opens. Also use the sanitize setting for any wash setting. My glasses and plates literally come out squeaky clean. I only use powdered soap and fill the soap dispenser to the first line for auto wash (I filled it up with the crock pot that cooked chilly). Finally, use a rinse aid. This thing is quiet. The only noise I here is the water spraying inside.

This was an open box item. There was evidence that there had been a botched attempt to instal the dishwasher. The hidden damage I encountered caused me to wonder, but it seems to run just fine using it these few weeks. It is so quiet, I check on it to make sure it is running. I sought this model out as a leading consumer publication recommended it. So far I am pleased with it's performance.
