Necessary for Bosch dishwasher

Bosch dishwashers will t work without this part. It's shameful it isn't provided by the manufacturer. We found out trying to replace Bosch with different manufacturer will need electrician to re-wire! Stuck either way for paying more money. Five stars only because dishwasher won't work without item.
