But we found that we didn’t need it as the electrical plug was integrated with the dishwasher we purchased.

While I purchased it with my dishwasher, I did not need to use it. However, it is nice that Bosch offers this easy conversion to allow anyone to utilize their products.

Nor did they carry the connector - would need to "order" after a quick Google search I found that my local BestBuy had instock. Ordered and paid online and they threw it my car curbside. Great service guys !

These seem to be scarce, and I was glad to get it. Basically, you put the wires into this box instead of a fixed box on the dishwasher. Needless complication by Bosch, in my opinion, and the new dishwasher did not come with this.

However you can buy it separately for about $20. We thought we would need it based on things we had read, but as we had a plumber install our dishwasher, he stated our set up did not require this extra wiring. However, I feel like many homes would need this based on the age or set up of the home.

Bosch wired attachment

Instructions are good. It is awesome for Best Buy to include this part with the purchase of a bosh dishwasher!
