Decided instead to install an outlet and use the standard plug. It was supplied free with the dishwasher, but I did not use it. If anybody needs one, it's temporarily taking up space in my garage.

It wasn't used in the installation as it requires drilling a hole through the cabinet next to the washer and mounting on the inside of it.
