It is really easy to plug in!! Aesthetically it is a Bosch plug and Bosch plugs ROCK! There are no better plugs anywhere for the money! Thank You Best Buy! You sell the best plugs!!!

One reviewer had a melted connection as seen by the picture. That is not the fault of the box but rather the installer. Obvious the neutral (brown wire) connection was not tightened correctly. Make sure you line in is sufficient size and well secured. The cord should be a minimum of #14 copper.
