One reviewer had a melted connection as seen by the picture. That is not the fault of the box but rather the installer. Obvious the neutral (brown wire) connection was not tightened correctly. Make sure you line in is sufficient size and well secured. The cord should be a minimum of #14 copper.

I bought a dishwasher that they couldn’t install and it stayed in my garage for weeks because they couldn’t find an installer. I finally had resolution desk give me a refund, but they shorted me on the refund.
