The Acoustimass is the easiest way to turn your room, or even house, into a theater in less than 10 minutes. Once out of the box, you just pair it with the sound bar and use the Adaptiq headset to adjust the system to the new bass. The Acoustimass has 5 bass settings, and all sound great, I have found the middle setting perfect for most everything. At night when the kids go to sleep, I can turn it way down and when football is on, all the way up. The bass hits low, real low, compared to the 3 other subs I have had. This is the loudest and deepest bass ever watching my test movies. Also, I found by placing the Acoustimass behind me, actually gives a higher effect of surround sound. The looks of it is beautiful as well, the glass top and sleek black case is just perfect for any home. The size is also really compact, you can slip it anywhere with ease, and the wireless helps that even further. If you bought the Soundtouch 300, you need this subwoofer. I hope to get the rear satellite speakers soon to have the entire setup.
