We didn't need the power or the size of the 700 and this is perfect for us, it sounds great! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that although it sounds great, there are often interruptions in the music because of the wireless system. Old school systems had lots of wires, but worked all the time... There is always a trade off with everything.

It makes for a good bass for the tv and movies. Music on it is okay, cannot hit some notes. It’s way overpriced but works good so no complaints. Really needs to be sub $200 imo.

Everyone that enters my house had to hear a few somgs, and by the time I was done they said they was gonnna purchase the Boss sound set. Maybe I need to do Boss stock's?

It also comes with extremely easy app that makes it so much easier to change the settings highly highly recommend

Bose 700 Subwoofer popping noise

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There is a popping noise coming from the subwoofer, I have checked online and it seems to be a major problem that Bose doesn't seem to be able to address. I may have to return this to Best Buy. I have it installed with the Bose 900 soundbar and rear speakers. I have always been a big Bose fan starting with the Bose 901 back in 1974. The 3 star rating relects that the sound otherwise is great. I will update to 5 if Bose gives me a good outcome.

The bose app isn't the most user friendly but I figured how to add it to my soundbar 900. The suggested was the Bass Module 700 since there isn't a 900 yet but the extra size for the cost was not worth the extra $ in my situation.
