Very deep and rich bass even at low volume. Amazing subwoofer for its size

Absolutely no complaints with the base speaker. The volume and other controls are done through the mobile app. Which is a sort of a pain. But once you get it, you are set.

very solid subwoofer i am using along with bose 900 sound bar gives massive performance for apartment home. same time its not too home shaking and bother your neighbors

Very pleased with the guys that came out. It's been a good experience all the way around. One exception is the phone service to talk with someone. Very difficult to communicate with that automated service BAD BAD BAD on the phone deal.

Not a bad subwoofer but not great. Paired it with a SoundTouch 300 which I love but it is really just to small. For 400 bucks I expected a little more bang for your buck. Probably gonna have to exchange for the 700

Hello Best Buy Team, Thank you for your email, but unfortunately, I was unable to enjoy my purchase. The product I bought was listed as "Open Box Excellent," however, upon receiving it, I found that it wasn’t in the condition I expected. The description indicated the product was in excellent condition, but when I received it, it was only wrapped in bubble wrap, which raised concerns about its safety and quality. For this reason, I decided to return it immediately. Excellent Geek Squad Verified Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement). I had expected the item to come in its original box, even if it was damaged, but still with the original packaging. Alternatively, an appropriate cardboard package with protective foam would have been sufficient to ensure the product’s quality during transit. I would like to know if it’s possible to purchase the same product, at the same price, either as another "Open Box Excellent" or as a brand new, sealed box item. This is to complete my Bose Soundbar 500 system, as I am a big fan of the Bose brand and own several Bose products, including in the audio system of my vehicle. Additionally, I should mention that I spent over two hours driving to your store and back, only to return empty-handed, which was quite inconvenient. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue and look forward to your prompt response.

I really like this subwoofer. There’s a lot of bass. There’s definitely enough bass. They connect wirelessly to some of the Bose soundbars. If you want to add extra bass they’re the way to go.

Wireless connection, small size but the sound is small Kind of expensive
