Bose 700 before you buy

I love it but I did notice it would make a cracking sound sometimes. If this doesn’t bother you it’s a good buy. It’s noticeable but it’s for a split second and you would think it’s due to the movie or show you are watching.

It is surprising you're getting little volume from the Bass Module. Please try having the Bass Module near a wall or corner to help increase bass reflections. You can also reach out to us https://bose.life/contact for support.

Popping sounds and connecting intermittently drives me crazy. I went with the 3.5mm hard wire in which I can’t stand, but it works.

I was excited to get it home and try it out. I hooked it up and paired it with the soundbar. I was confused how little it contributed to the sound. I thought maybe i did something wrong. i had already performed the adaptiq to the soundbar but not with the base module connected. i reset both modules and started over. it had little to no effect from before. it was to the point i was walking up to the module and touching it to make sure it was actually on. i played around with it for a day and could not get it to work enough to justify the 600 bucks. I ended up returning it for a refund. Was really disappointed. For the money i expected some good deep base. I should of went with something like the q70r samsung for the price.

I am glad that you love your soundbar. I am sorry to hear that you have returned the bass module. Had you not have returned the module, I would have suggested that you run ADAPTiQ on the system. This calibrates the room for the best audio in up to 5 different places.

Would not connect properly.

My excitement soon turned to disappointment when I was unable to get the sub to interface correctly with the soundbar. Bose was not much help, and after a few hours of research I found I was not the only person to have this issue. For that reason, I cannot recommend this sub, although Bose does have unequaled sound quality. I landed on a Sonos system that I am 100% satisfied with.
