I bought the Soundbar 700 first and even though it sounded really good i decided to add the base module 700 about 2 weeks later. I was excited to get it home and try it out. I hooked it up and paired it with the soundbar. I was confused how little it contributed to the sound. I thought maybe i did something wrong. i had already performed the adaptiq to the soundbar but not with the base module connected. i reset both modules and started over. it had little to no effect from before. it was to the point i was walking up to the module and touching it to make sure it was actually on. i played around with it for a day and could not get it to work enough to justify the 600 bucks. I ended up returning it for a refund. Was really disappointed. For the money i expected some good deep base. I should of went with something like the q70r samsung for the price.

This sub woofer works well with the unit but not sure it's much better than the 500.

I was so excited to make this purchase as a friend of mine has the 500 series soundbar and sub. My excitement soon turned to disappointment when I was unable to get the sub to interface correctly with the soundbar. Bose was not much help, and after a few hours of research I found I was not the only person to have this issue. For that reason, I cannot recommend this sub, although Bose does have unequaled sound quality. I landed on a Sonos system that I am 100% satisfied with.

Do not buy!!!!! Sub makes a horrible popping noise. Sent it bose and they sent it back. Still does the same thing. If you are trying to use this wireless foeget it. Go with sonos. I have been a bose fan all my life buti am very dissappointed with this sub. The solution to the popping noise is to run an audio cable to it. The whole reason i bought it was because it was wireless.

Non existent at lower volumes, can only feel it when the volume is high. Setting it through the bose app is always a nightmare.

Great sub to go with Bose soundbar. Even though Bose soundbar have decent bass, but this unit fills the room. I would recommend to try it out.

Sounded great while it lasted. Packed a lot of punch which I liked. Only lasted a week and started popping. Had to return it for an exchange for something else.

Purchased this with the Bose sound bar and I feel like for the size of my space I didn’t need the sub as much but it does add to great sound

Bose has great sound as always, but the bass was just ok. My only issue with this system is the audio output is outdated. No True HD or Atmos. Asked Bose about an update and they have no answer.
