    OMG there is not even exist in Bosse app. The 700 is not what I expected, at the time I connected to the sound bar my brand new 86' inches Super Tv turned off so many times. Wasn't working at all. It's not wireless.

      Hey! The Bass Module 700 can be connected wirelessly or wired to your soundbar in the Bose Music app, under the accessory speaker section. Try a reset on your soundbar and TV by disconnecting both from power for two minutes to clear HDMI inconsistencies.     My old sun started rattling so I had to purchase an upgrade since mine was no longer available and it too is rattling after only a month.

    This thing is way too expensive to not be of good quality I’m so let down by this woofer I could cry. I’ve returned for a swap before my 30days were up and the unit I replaced it with is malfunctioning just as bad if not worse.

    the subwoofer keeps blowing up. distorted sounds. i have exchanged it twice,. don't set the subwoofer at 80%. it will blow and will not function good after that. worst subwoofer!!

    Horrible do not buy, always having issues, repair takes two months, if you google/Reddit problems with this system that costs over 2k you will see So many people having the same issues really bad product.

    Disappointing. Constant Popping Noises

    This thing sucks. For this money it shouldn’t have these popping noises. Bose recommends using a 3.5mm cable. Really? I’ll never buy another Bose product.

    The Bose Bass Module is a subwoofer that pairs with the Bose Soundbar 700. It looks just as beautiful as the soundbar with its glass top that gives it an elegant touch. In the box all that is included is a power cable. The Bass Module is heavy, weighing almost 40 lbs. The Bass Module connects wireless to the soundbar and if needed you can also connect it with a standard 3.5mm audio cable which is not included. Setup was simple all you have to do is add it to your list of accessories in the Bose Music app which you should already have downloaded to pair with the soundbar. Soundwise this thing give off deep low thundering bass, just what you want when watching movies. You can also adjust the bass setting within the app also if you need more! Overall the Bass Module 700 is a great pairing with the Bose Soundbar 700.

    Terrible subwoofer. Kept popping like it was blown on arrival. Turned in for a Sonos system.

      Please note, in some situations, popping can occur due to Wireless Interference, as the Subwoofer is connected to the Soundbar Wirelessly. This is caused by having a different powerful wireless device close to the set-up, like a router, for example.

    Terrible product. Constantly disconnects from soundbars and tv randomly and can only adjust settings using a terrible app. Returning this for Sonos

      Hey, sorry that you've experienced some connection issues between your Bass Module 700 and your Soundbar.

      It's possible that this may be due to some interference. Have you tried hard wiring the bass module? You can do this with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm AUX cable. I'd also recommend that you reset both the bass module and the soundbar by removing the power for 30 seconds.

    Bose is a pain in the a.. The universal remote won’t pair or control my Sony tv I absolutely hate it should have stayed with samsung

    It was broke in 2 weeks. Called Best Buy geeks squad 5 times and they said they will call back but haven’t.
