The sound is awesome, as well as the design. I have owned Bose speakers of all shapes and sizes since 1979, and I have never been disappointed.

Excellent sound quality, easy to setup. Real home theater experience

This is an excellent subwoofer and the frequency response is great. It goes all the way down to 25 Hz with no problem. You can hear 20 Hz but it is the beginning about the human ear can hear so it’s not seem as loud, but can you can certainly feel it and the room rattles. The 900 sound bar and the 700 subwoofer make an excellent home theater system and well shape the house. I have the bass set at about 2/3 and it is plenty strong. When watching movies or TV shows with the volume up, it will shake the house. It does the same on Music. There are many songs in the 70s and 80s that I did not realize that had low frequency bass that dipped down very low. When watching movies, and the volume is turned up, it gets provides movie theater quality sound with the Dolby Atmos and it is a powerful system. Bose does not publish watch for channel but I know that it is very powerful system and tops out at about 107 db, 10 feet away.

I bought this to pair with the Bose 900 soundbar. The bass is full and complements the soundbar really well.

By far the best sub, I hope I can soon get the second sub but just one has a great sound integration with the sound bar ultra and surrounds 700. Worth the price tag.

This is expensive. But honestly it’s worth buying it. The bass levels are amazing. Plus excellent quality items at best buy would definitely recommend open box items to save some cash

I've always loved Bose speakers. First time I bought a subwoofer. It works well with the soundbar I bought. The bass is just the boom I needed for my movies and music.

Can’t believe the sound difference over my old Bose sound system base box. This thing thumps and the look is amazing.

Can’t beat Bose . Had Samsung top of the line it wasn’t close to Bose quality and had it professionally installed by Geek Squad.
