Would not connect properly.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was so excited to make this purchase as a friend of mine has the 500 series soundbar and sub. My excitement soon turned to disappointment when I was unable to get the sub to interface correctly with the soundbar. Bose was not much help, and after a few hours of research I found I was not the only person to have this issue. For that reason, I cannot recommend this sub, although Bose does have unequaled sound quality. I landed on a Sonos system that I am 100% satisfied with.

Not worth the price, can do better

It is surprising you're getting little volume from the Bass Module. Please try having the Bass Module near a wall or corner to help increase bass reflections. You can also reach out to us https://bose.life/contact for support.

My only issue with this system is the audio output is outdated. No True HD or Atmos. Asked Bose about an update and they have no answer.
