Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound quality sounds greats when first bought, but disappointed with the bass module not working as it should shortly after a year, just as the manufacturer warranty expires.. Constant popping sounds during certain bass even when level is set to 30... Now more frequent. Would recommend getting with an extended warranty. I figure i was just an unlucky one to get a defective model. Again, overall sound quality is amazing if you get the one that works.

I am glad to hear that you love how great the bass module 700 sounds, but sorry you have experienced some audio issues.
I would suggest resetting both the bass module and soundbar by unplugging the systems from power for a minute or two, and if the issue persists, to try plugging the bass module to the soundbar using the interconnect cable, to identify if interferences could cause the popping sound.
