    Sounds great for the most part, but giving a low rating primarily due to issues with App connectivity. There are certain times the subwoofer makes a weird creaky noise. It sure if it is a defective piece.

      Hello,

      Thanks for leaving your review of the Bass Module 700. I'm sorry to hear you've had issues with connectivity. What you have described sounds like interference caused by wireless devices nearby. You can remedy this by moving wireless devices such as your internet router to a different location - or place the bass module closer to your soundbar so there is less chance of interference.

      If the problem continues, I recommend using an audio cable to link the two instead of using a wireless connection.

    This Sub hits pretty hard & distributes solid bass but doesn’t catch all the Lows & the Highs like JL Audio does.

    So I got the 90 with this bad boy. I love it but I did notice it would make a cracking sound sometimes. If this doesn’t bother you it’s a good buy. It’s noticeable but it’s for a split second and you would think it’s due to the movie or show you are watching.

    I first purchased the sound bar by itself and then purchased the sub a few weeks later to help finish filling the room with sound. Great response and clarity for a wireless sub.

    I bought the Soundbar 700 first and even though it sounded really good i decided to add the base module 700 about 2 weeks later. I was excited to get it home and try it out. I hooked it up and paired it with the soundbar. I was confused how little it contributed to the sound. I thought maybe i did something wrong. i had already performed the adaptiq to the soundbar but not with the base module connected. i reset both modules and started over. it had little to no effect from before. it was to the point i was walking up to the module and touching it to make sure it was actually on. i played around with it for a day and could not get it to work enough to justify the 600 bucks. I ended up returning it for a refund. Was really disappointed. For the money i expected some good deep base. I should of went with something like the q70r samsung for the price.

    Do not buy!!!!! Sub makes a horrible popping noise. Sent it bose and they sent it back. Still does the same thing. If you are trying to use this wireless foeget it. Go with sonos. I have been a bose fan all my life buti am very dissappointed with this sub. The solution to the popping noise is to run an audio cable to it. The whole reason i bought it was because it was wireless.

      Hello Jeff, if the Bass module is still popping after a repair, this suggests that the issue is environmental. If the Bass module or soundbar sits near a device like a Wi-Fi router, this can cause wireless interference and then the bass module can product a popping noise. You can prevent this from happening by hardwiring the Bass module directly to the soundbar, or repositioning the Bass module away from the Wi-Fi router or vice versa.     I was so excited to make this purchase as a friend of mine has the 500 series soundbar and sub. My excitement soon turned to disappointment when I was unable to get the sub to interface correctly with the soundbar. Bose was not much help, and after a few hours of research I found I was not the only person to have this issue. For that reason, I cannot recommend this sub, although Bose does have unequaled sound quality. I landed on a Sonos system that I am 100% satisfied with.

    Non existent at lower volumes, can only feel it when the volume is high. Setting it through the bose app is always a nightmare.
