I bought the soundbar 900 which pretty good along with the bass module 700 and that failed. I kept hearing a rattling noise I’ve disconnected it several times and nothing. I had to pay an extra fee to receive a new one. So let’s see how this one works.

I am very sorry to hear that your Bass Module 700 was not working as expected.
It is always a good idea to reset the bass module and soundbar for a minute.
If you can hear a rattling sound, we recommend to move the subwoofer a bit further to avoid interferences, to remove any item that can be causing this sound around the system and lastly to try connecting the module using the interconnect cable to the soundbar.
