the sound is the only reason i bought this. But it does not have modern features like other. It has basic things. I hate short battery life.

First off I would like to say that I love technology! And having wearable tech that keeps my hands free is an extra bonus. I have had many bluetooth headset's in the past (my most recent was a Jawbone) and I always had the issue with the devise not staying in place and falling out of my ear after 15-20 minutes of use. I would constantly need to keep reaching up and repositioning the devise to make sure it stayed put. I might as well have just held the phone to my head. With the Bose Bluetooth I don't have the problem. With the special rubber piece that goes into your ear canal and the "hook" that attaches to the upper-inside of your ear, it stays in place no matter what I do, from cracking my neck to looking in one direction or another quickly (like changing lanes), etc. It just won't fall out! And using the devise is a pleasure! With the easy to find buttons on top to answer/hang up calls and adjust the volume it's like I don't even need to touch the phone itself (in fact, with the added advantage of pressing the "call" button to access Siri (on the iPhone), I don't need to touch the phone to make a call! Overall, it's an excellent product and well worth the price! Bose does it again!

This is my second one. The only reason I had to get a new one was because my son dumped a soda on my old one. It lasted a year afterward then finally quit charging. It is extremely comfortable and the sound quality is second to none.

Finally , found an ear piece that really works well and Bose spent their money on making a Great product not Advertising how Great it is and then doesn't perform. I literally own 11 blue Toothearpiecesand this Bose as the Most expensive, but worth Every dime if you want a Product that delivers real Sound with Quality and clarity! I am hard of hearing a little and I have bought the top of the Line of Every Company selling Ear Pieces and the Bose blowsThe rest of them away! I have bought All the Phone Companies ( every one of them and would have changed cell phones or cell phone Companiesif They delivered as Promised, THEY DONT, None of them Do! I have bought the Military approved, The wind reducers, The background noise eliminated , All of it Advertising money instead of Product Quality. Recently, I lost my Bose and could have used any of the other 11 I have bought and tried, Instead, I went right back to Best Buy and bought another Bose Blue Tooth earpiece. If you want to really hear, Don't waste your Money on the Top Rated Or most bought or Voted top Earpiece. Buy The Bose, You get what you pay for and hearing is to important not to spend a few Extra bucks for something that REALLY WORKS!!

Been through four different Bluetooth headset before, each from different vendor, and this one is by far the best that I've experienced. The mini carry-on bag is a nice stylish touch. The sound quality is excellent under many environmental conditions. The only thing I though could use some enhancement is the lack of an easy way to determine battery life except to turn on and off to see the indicator's color which only comes up for a few seconds.

I use a headset to the extreme with multiple calls and use for 8-12 hours a day. This requires me wear the headset for long periods of time. The Bose remains comfortable all day. The Sound is what you expect from Bose its great on both ends even in unfavorable environments. The downside is the battery life, its shorter than the completion. This does limit its usefulness. The lack of a battery meter for the phone leave you in the dark as to when it will need a recharge. The only warning you get is a annoying beep that gives little warning that the headset is going down. If it was not for the battery issue I would have given it a perfect score. In all other aspects it is superior to the competition.

Good quality sound. Fits in ear nicely. Talk time could be longer.

Overall I am very happy with this purchase. My only complaints would be the low battery signal and I seem to not be able to access my voice commands as easily as I had hope. I have own many jawbone bluetooth. The Jawbone will actually tell you how much time remains on the battery, not just beep. But I also had difficulty with the voice commands with using the jawbone. The bose fit and sound clarity is hands down the best that is out there. Constantly on the move the bose doesn't slide around or need to be adjusted. Even in loud environments my calls can be hear me and I can hear them. I'm glad I have converted to the bose!

I have used a few brands and now will only buy this one. Great sound people on other line can hear me and it is comfortable, without being too big. After purchase support from Bose is great. I broke one by dropping it off a few stories at a hotel, the bose store replaced it for just the tax.

This is my second Bose earpiece. I wore the first one out in my travels. Made it two years. Although it's battery life is not as long as others, the quality of the sound and it's ability to reduce side noise more than makes up for the battery life. I firmly recommend this.

I have been overwhelmingly satisfied with the Bose bluetooth earbud that I purchased 2 of them for myself as well as 2 for my wife and several for gifts. Along with its unmatched clarity, you will enjoy the background noise reduction capabilities in addition to its unique and extremely comfortable fit. This unit is both durable and lightweight. I have owned over 20 different types and brands of bluetooth earbuds before finally discovering the "creme of the crop" in this Bose earpiece. I ONLY shop for electronics at Best Buy and I will never use any bluetooth earbud other than my Bose!

This blue tooth is comfortable to wear in the ear. I have small ears and ear canal. The price is way too expensive for a product that has been out for a long time. So your paying for the name. I am disappointed in Bose that the battery life sucks. You would think that if they would charge a lot then the battery life would be important! It is so basic! The sound is good which they are noted for. Not good enough for the price they charge. Unfortunately, I am locked into the fit. If someone else had that I would have gone with a better priced blue tooth. The features are nice but the buttons are difficult to distinguish when you have it on. The on off button should click to lock so you know it's either on or off. It slides and I found any slight brush with you hair or finger can move the slide and drains the battery. To get it to last all day I find I must shut It off after each use. My plantonics would last 2-3 days without charging. They do not make the same model now. That is why I had to go with a different blue tooth.

The sound quality is excellent and it is comfortable in my ear most of the time. My only two minor issues are that 1) it sticks out from my ear a short distance due to the design. My hair and reading glasses can get caught on it and 2) the battery life seems shorter than my previous Plantronics Bluetooth earpiece. That is more than compensated for by the incredible increase in the quality of the sound, the decrease in background noise for the person on the other end and the increased distance from the phone I can travel.

We have had different types of Bluetooth earpieces for our mobile devices over several years. This one by far exceeds the others. The background sounds are at a level that make it possible to sometimes hear something but it is not in a way that interferes with the other persons voice. The "walking on someone" during a conversation is completely gone. It does require you to choose for left or right ear, which was not a problem because both of us choose the same ear everytime we use it. It fits perfectly in the ear and stays snug without the over the ear loop. This is something we were concerned about. The cost was very close to the last one we had. The battery seems to hold up well. We do not have a landline and use our earpiece frequently. Now that we have had BOSE we will not go back.

I enjoy the lightweight of the bluetooth and the way it easily fits into my ear. It has wonderful reception and blocks most outside noise. I'm very pleased.

I love my wireless Boise earpiece for my phone. It does have quality sound and I have no problems with it holding in my ear. I was hoping Boise would make a quality sounding wireless earpiece and they did.

Worth the money. I have sensitive ears and can't wear earbuds, but this blutooth is comfortable to the ear and I can wear it for more than an hour before my ear starts to hurt a bit. People tell me they can hear me just great, and I can hear them crystal clear. It's lightweight, comes with 3 ear sizes to fit everyone, and I'm really happy I spent the money on it.

I have tried a half dozen or more headsets, and everytime people on the other end of the call have a hard time hearing me. This is the first headset that people I talk to do not even know I am on a headset. This is critical not only for business calls, but for aging parents who get easily frustrated when they cannot hear their child on the phone!

I switched from a Jaw Bone. The sound is great and it is very comfortable to wear. Do get the extended warranty because they tend to last a little over a year.

The nose cancellation is the only thing that I would improve on. The ear piece is light and comfortable. Good sound quality. Syncs up fast too.
