I watched as she was blown away by the intensity of the volume and quality of the sound that we're blasting through her ears. It's such a wonderful feeling for a husband or should I say for me to watch my wife sit on the edge of our bed in her running clothes with tears running down her cheeks; listening to Barbra Streisand singing "Evergreen", our wedding song from 12 years ago. Thank You, Bose & Best Buy.

The microphone and volume controls have stopped working and get a crackling in my left ear. Very disappointing for very expensive ear phones

Thank you for the feedback. We are glad to hear you loved the sound and fit. You should not be having issues with the FreeStyle headphones, especially as they are only two months old and still under the one-year warranty. We are sorry to hear about your disappointment and we want to help you.
One thing that can cause what you’re describing is dust or debris preventing contact. We could try compressed air to blow out the headphone jack on the phone and the ports on the headphones themselves. If that does not work, we are here to help. Please call us at 800-380-4831 Monday – Friday 8:30am to 9pm EST and Saturday 9am to 7pm.
