Long time Bose fan, but this product just did not live up to the name. Uncomfortable and sound was just ok.

I received these as a gift and they went back to the store right away! The fit of the earbuds is horrible. I have no idea how Bose can even remotely think they've designed a pair of headphones worthy of the price. I tried using all three different sized earbuds that come with the headphones and none of them worked. The rubber ear gel doesn't make a seal when sitting in your ear so not only can you hear all of the noise in your surrounding environment but the music you're listening to is able to be heard by people around you! The hard plastic actual headphone sits sideways in your ear and doesn't feel right. The instructions say to twist the headphone into place in your ear, which is complete joke. The two pieces combined (the headphone and the gel) are huge and there is no way for it to fit into the ear canal. I am a medium-sized female and my boyfriend is a bigger guy. We both unsuccessfully attempted to fit the earbuds into our ears. Other products in the Bose lineup are amazing but for earbuds I strongly recommend you consider other brands!
