Honestly Very good. You won't find anything more comfortable and visually like it. The sound is good enough for the form factor. The price is not bad if you buy at a discount. It's actually worth 300 but id say a steal at 200.

The Bose open earbuds are some of the most convenient buds I’ve came in contact thus far. They have cut my time down when taking care of daily task, running errands, car line and more. Exercising with these earbuds are phenomenon they stay in your ear all day and sometimes you may forget they are in your ear, I would choose these buds again. Definitely a must have..

I forget I’m wearing them so comfortable I hate things in my ear so these were great for me! And the sound balance nicely instead of being in each ear!

I had to buy another pair of these Bose air buds because my wife wanted to take mine. They are super comfortable unlike traditional ear buds that cause presssure and pain in your ear canal after extended use. These simply clip on gently to your ear like play earings while still providing a secure fit with optimal sound. There are times that I forget I’m wearing them until I go to scratch my ear or hear a notification while wearing them. The sound produced is very good but obviously will not be as loud as an ear bud that is stuffed into your ear. But having this clip on open sound allows for environmental awareness and you being able to interact with the outside world while still enjoying your music or video streams in private without missing a beat. They are not only comfortable but also stylish. Many people thought I was wearing earrings until I explained what they were. I have had many friends purchase a pair after letting them test these out. Like I said before, i had to buy a second pair just to keep my wife from nabbing mine from me. She especially loves the pearl white colored ones which gives her a personal style when wearing. She loves to wear thwm while at work or multitasking in the kitchen watching her online courses while keeping an ear out for the children. A great innovative piece of work by Bose. A worhy purchase for anyone

I was excited about getting these .. love the design and idea .. Bose products always seem to be of great quality .. my first issue was ordering these before Christmas .. I never got my first pair from Fedex .. tracking showed it made it to my local hub on 12/19 and that’s it .. tracking has it still showing at local hub and FedEx can’t find it .. so Bestbuy was great at sending me another pair .. they look and sound great with plenty of options and the Spatial Audio is amazing in my opinion, but after wearing them for a third and fourth time I found they hurt my ears .. I used them for running and they always had to be adjusted since they did move around a bit. As other buyers are saying the Bluetooth connection seemed to be the biggest issue .. it seemed to disconnect a lot.. when connected it worked fine but got annoying from the random disconnect. So I returned and purchased a set of Shokz which would be my 2nd pair and really if it ain’t broke done fix it .. Sorry Bose I tried but not worth the money being charged.

Love these, very comfortable and they don’t move no matter how much you move your head. Not sure if they are refurbished or just open box. They are true open ear buds and I love them for doing errands around town or chores around the house. If you can get a refurbished pair or these on sale I think their worth it. Only down side for me is the volume and figuring out the placement on your ear.

I really do enjoy these more than my AirPods. I bought them for workouts on my Pilates reformer. My AirPods kept falling out, pausing my workout video or music and interrupting my flow. With these Bose ear clips that only thing that stops me is me! Sometimes the clips become uncomfortable after hours of wear, I readjust the position on my ear and it’s fine again. I also like I can keep the immersive audio on, the app is great for that. And a simple button has so many settings. I’ve haven’t used my AirPods since I bought these. I get compliments and questions all the time. So many of my coworkers are thinking about switching too! One negative, when I answer a phone call or FaceTime, the Bluetooth does automatically connect. Inconvenient but manageable.

Very comfortable. Sometimes forget I have them on. Battery life is very good. Sound quality is nice but lacks deep bass. I also like the fact that there is a physical button.

I love these but they have one big flaw. They only work 7-8 hours before the sound stops working. Like clockwork every day they stop working and I have to factory reset and repair with my iPhone. I use them for work and they work great for phone calls, listening to music, etc. The batteries are not dead each day, I. just factory reset and good to go for the rest of the day. I hope they fix this issue with a firmware update.

They are good for the wearer and the sounds is good. They are comfortable. It took a week to get used to the open style, but I like them. HOWEVER. When connecting to two phone they tend to come disconnected frequently (especially on my work iPhone). I rarely have this issue on my Pixel 9. When talking on the phone people complain that they can't hear me. This could be because I got refurbished ones and they weren't refurbished well, but the problems started after the brief warranty was up. My sister in law has them and has no problems. I would buy again, but I am just too nervous.

I hate to say but they're not for men at least not for men with big ears I think they're more for ladies they're pretty comfortable if you are able to use them the way they're designed but unfortunately people with big ears I'm going to have a hard time with them like myself but at the same time they do bump they are true bose when it comes to sound so like I said ladies I suggest you use them but those from big ears do not get them

Purchased 2 of these refurbished from BestBuy, and they are absolutely like new (no blemishes) - basically "open box". They work perfectly, and the sound, especially after the software update from version 1.x to 4.x (automatic - the Bose app prompts you), the phone-call clarity, back & forth is excellent! Overall, great Bose sound (use the EQ in the Bose app for your specific sound preferences), and, again, excellent phone-call quality (after the software upgrade). Wearing these is like having a mini (Bose-quality) speaker playing your music, everywhere, while hearing nearby conversations, and everything around you. They clip on your ear, so they don't fall out, like many earbuds. Because of the way they sit on your ear and earlobes, it's very easy to forget you're wearing them! First day of use, and I would highly recommend for anyone who wants an alternative to in-ear buds or headphones. As mentioned, these clip to your ear, and don't touch your ear canal. Plus, they dont fall out/off, since they're comfortably clipped to your ear. Great product, and I favor Best Buy because they have stores nearby!

The refurbished set I got originally did not function properly with strange crackling noises and constant disconnects, but I was able to use the warranty to get a brand new replacement from Bose and those worked as advertised. The earbuds are comfortable and the sound quality is great.

They are so much more comfortable then the ear inserts that are most common nowadays. Sounds quality is good and bass on them is very good as well. I forget that I am wearing them when i have them in.
