The reason I say nothing special is, the case is bigger and bulkier than the soft sided case that came with the soundsport pulse headphones. I take these when I travel, so bulkier is not better

So, there's really nothing wrong with this case, but it should have been designed just an inch and a half longer and it would have worked for the Quiet Comfort 20 earphones. I think this was a big "miss" on Bose's part, as the QC 20 has a miserable little zip bag that also does not really give a decent fit to the power source on this product. I've always held Bose in the highest regard, but my last three purchases have been disappointing. BTW, I'm sure this case works fine for the Bose Bluetooth earbuds, as it was intended.

Works reasonably well but quite bulky. The build quality is mediocre as it is hard to attach the external charging cabe to the unit.

Case is very nice seems high quality it's a little on the small side though barely fits headphones with charging cable and spare eartips.

This is more of a glorified case. I would recommend just using a portable battery with the other case

This is nice if you have any earbuds that charge via micro charger if not it's just a case.

Case works as expected. Good deal got it on sale. It's a little too big to carry around.

This worked as a great charger but ultimately I had to return it. The charging indicating lights on the case were defective.

Doesn't work or fit to the headphones the headphones are Bose soundSport wireless headphones and I got them whit the boundle that your advice me to get that's the offer I got I just trough away my money because your advice was no good at all that not the way to deal whit costumers

Broke after an week took it back Bose has been making poor quality lately

This case is a lifesaver! Before I knew this case existed, I always just kept my headphones ready to go and kept track of the percentage to not let them die out while im still out. On the first day of school, I didnt notice the battery was completely dead and I had to power through a full day of school without music and thats not something anyone should ever go through lol. Right after class I immediately purchased the case and fell in love with it. It chargers your headphones for an hour of music in just 15 mins and fully charges it in less than two. If im ever running late and I grab my headphones with not enough juice, I put them inside the case and out the case inside my bag and its charging while still protecting them. Another awesome feature is that you can charge the case and still keep the headphones inside the case and it will charge them up as well. Its also a great product for a great price because most battery packs are about the same price and depending on the mAh even more but that would mean you carrying around the battery, cable, and leaving the headphones exposed. Again, love this product. Super convenient!

Need to return. Will not work for the Bose ear buds I bought. The web site suggested the item incorrectly. Not very happy about having to go into the store to return.

The item works as promised. The plug for the earbuds is awkward. The port for the external is not firmly fixed and is difficult to attach to the USB. Poor value.

I bought this for my mother and it stopped working in about a months time.
